Don't base a seller's supposed credibility on their number of followers. It's very easy to purchase fake followers to make your account look legit.

One clue is the ratio of followers to likes and comments. You'll see some sellers with 149k followers but their average post likes are only 500 or less. Or they have even less comments. That's a dead giveaway that most of their followers aren't real. And take note, likes and comments can also be purchased.

If you're making a decision to part with a large amount of money on an Instagram purchase, say, 15k and up, you're still better off buying that item from a real store where you can check the merchandise first. And if you have any issues with that item, you can always return it or have it replaced.

Sino ba naka try order in Aries Razal? I have an order worth 62k for A bag placed last May 25, 2017, hanggang ngayon hindi ko pa natanggap and i tried to viber/call them walang feedback.  I'm demanding a refund pero hindi sila nag rerespond.  Mga sis ano ba yung pinaka better way for me to get a refund.  They have the worst customer service, I am so disgruntled.

Ikaw na ang pang-third na nabasa ko nag complain kay Aries Razal sa thread na ito. Yung isa  madaming "text speak" kaya na siguro na-delete

The Instagram seller I had a bad experience was also Aries Razal. Akala ko ako lang. Whoa! And they delete the comments ng mga nagk-complain sa kanila sa IG.

Grabe worst experience.  Never again.  Until now I haven't received my order.  I tried complaining in their instagram.  They blocked me off too.  Lesson learned,  never trust Instagram.  No buyer's protection.  Until now I am demanding a refund, wala pa feedback.  Aries Razal is worst.  Buyer's beware!

in my case, nag-inquire kami sa bank kung pwede i-revert ang pera na dineposit namin. pero ang advice sa amin is pumunta sa main branch ng bank para doon mag file ng complaint. and i bet matagal na process yun sis at possible na di pwede unless may police warrant involve or something.

Kailan ka pa start nag follow up? Give them a deadline, pag di pa din nila mabigay on that date, consider making a public post and then tag the person.

Nakakaloka ang pag block nya sa IG nya ng complaints.

Shucks, buti na lang nag-research muna talaga ako about Aries Razal.

Ang hirap maglabas ng money na hindi trusted ang seller.

Im thinking to go with brandconscious, atleast meron silang branch sa GH.

Aries Razal Scam Update:  Hanggang ngayon hindi pa na refund yung pera ko amounting to 63,000.  Ang hirap mag reply nang mga tao nila.  Kailangan ko na talaga papaviral yung ginawa nila.  More than 2 months na and wala pa rin yung item.

He has 44.5k followers, 52.8k posts  The item you wanted was probably sold out na at the outlets where he gets his merch from, and mahirap mag facilitate ng refund since he's based in the middle east. Very scary. P63k pesos is no joke!

Napapansin ko ang daming seller na mayabang at bastos lalo na sa Instagram at Shopee. Yung tipong hindi na nila alam ang definition ng "customer service". Ang daming cases sa shopee na puro fake o kaya mali maling items ang sini-ship. Sa instagram, suplada din ang mga seller at nakakainis din yung di naglalagay ng price sa item tapos ang gusto pa nila ikontak sila sa viber, ayaw pa sa comment section.

Hindi na rin nag-e-effort ang mga seller na picturan ang actual items. Unlike sa multiply, ebay at sulit noon, todo effort ang mga seller sa pag-take ng picture ng items na binebenta nila. Ngayon, hanap lang sila sa google tapos post na sa Instagram o Shopee nila. Kaya kadalasan puro fake ang items na binebenta nila. Madaling i-claim na authentic ang product, ang mahirap, hindi sila makapagpakita ng documents na totoo ang claim nila.

Kaya advise ko lang, never buy an expensive items (5,000 and above) sa mga online sellers. Unless may physical store sila or payag sa meetup para ma-inspect ninyo ang item.

Ang ginagawa ko, ifollow ko lang yung mga seller na pinasalamatan ng friends ko o kaya mga nirerekumenda ng mga kakilala ko. Dito mo mattanggal yung mga fake.
Saka hingi din ng actual photos nung mga angle nung produkto na di kita sa post nila para masigurado nasa kanila nga yung items.
Tapos pwede din iGoogle saka meron mga website na nagrereport kung scam ba yun o hindi.
Yung mga madaming followers, tinitignan ko kung mabilis magreply sa mga comment. Saka mag-inquire din ako. Pag mabagal sila, unfollow ko na lang. Mahirap yung di kaya ng oras nila sumagot sayo sa dami ng customers.

Yung sa Viber, medyo naiintindihan ko kasi gusto nila may flow ba yung kausap nila hindi yung kung sino sino sa iisang post. Mas ok din yun pwede balikan yung mga napagusapan na.

Ilan beses na ako nakabili ng mahal sa iba ibang online sellers na walang meet up hehe pero ok naman.

Perfumes, kaso ito nga nakaka asar nagcclaim yung iba na us authentic yung perfumes nila pati mga artista pinopromote yung shop nila nakikita ko nakakalito tuloy.

hi sis, please do not believe all instagram sellers with celebrities. Most of these stores dms the celebrity?s instagram account to ask for their addresses  so they can send them  free goods, Celebrities will accept all these free stuffs because, why not? .in return they will post and promote and tag the sellers in their instagram accounts. It depends on the credibility of the celebrity, if they are promoting random items, I would not rely on this as a reference

Hi mga sis, so sorry to hear about your stories.

Nakita ko (using a different account kasi naka-ban na ang account ko) sa IG ni Aries Razal  na may nag post sa comment na hindi din natanggap ang order nya. And then the next hours, wala na ang comment binura ulit. Kaya natatago nila yung ganito.

Sa instagram may hastag na #scammerph that alerts other people on IG scams

Kapag ganito ba may legal action na pwede gawin? May nakikita ako sa tv patrol news minsan na nababalita ito.

Pumunta na kayo sa main branch at tignan niyo ano magagawa nila para sa inyo. Handa niyo mga ebidensya niyo (print out).

I am an IG seller too but never have I encountered and IG seller na scammer. now ko lang narinig. hala ka! kawawa naman kaming mga legit sellers dahil sa mga manlolokong ito. =(

Yes I agree with some of our Ladies here. Be observant, communicate with the seller as often as possible ask for details.

You can also ask the sellers office, webiste or if they have a branch baka pwede mo nalang silang mapuntahan if you really are interested about their product.

Transact to sellers na recommended ng friends nyo or try to order small items first. then if okay ang first transaction then do the second transaction na.

Again not all sellers with hug number of followers are legit and not all sellers with small following are fraud. so di mo talaga masasabi kaya doble ingat when you order online.

What I don't understand is why AR still keeps on posting items for sale when clearly, he can no longer manage the volume of transactions. Maybe he should sort out pending orders and refunds first before getting more orders.

I also don't get why he blocks disgruntled customers from his Instagram. Does this mean he has no intention na talaga of refunding their money?

Also wondering what's the difference between his main account (AR) and his secondary account (team AR)?

Another victim here, but I was able to get my refund na from Aries Razal, months after frustratingly contacting him.

I ordered months ago, sabi 2-3 weeks daw, tapos walang dumating, I repeatedly messaged them.
I think he uses the money for something else. He constantly uploads about 100 posts regularly to drown the bad comments. If you will notice, there are some posts with comments on IG, but when you click on it, di lumalabas. That means na ban/block yung commenter.

I have collected screenshots of people's comments kasi ilalabas ko na talaga pag di pa binalik money ko. A lot were begging for Aries to reply on whatsapp or viber. Some are asking for an update kasi 2 or 4 months na wala pa ang order or begging na ibaik na lang ang pera nila. I've talked to some people on IG, yung iba 200k pa ang nilabas or 80k+ for these luxury items. Imagine the amount of money he receives! Tapos di magdedeliver, tapos di nagrereply, or ibaban ka pa pag makulit ka. Eh scammer na yan. Hindi yan busy, this is not doing good business!

So what do we know about Aries Razal? For some time, he was "endorsed" by some celebs. He has 2 IG accounts, Aries_Razal and Team Aries Razal. You will notice in their pics that they are a team of guys posing with goods inside stores, in Dubai. Yes, Aries is based in Dubai. Kahit sabihin mong papapulis mo, malakas loob nito. Dedma lang. Kasi nasa malayo. But if you really need your money, investigate more. You will find out that he is originally from Las Pinas. Yung may-ari ng bank account where you deposit your payment, Helenita M. Razal, nanay nya yan. Yan ang andito sa Pinas. Mahahanap nyo mga detalyeng yan online.

Buyers beware! Pinapaikot lang nito ang pera. I think ang pinangrerefund sa naunang biktima ay ang pera ng mga bagong "buyers." Kung ayaw nyong mastress, do not buy from him. Those who say that they received their goods, good for you! Pero it doesn't change the fact that this person (or group of people) duped us into this front of buy and sell business. Dapat kung mabilis kang mangolekta ng bayad, mabilis ka ring magbalik and you communicate. Lumalabas na parang pyramid scam ito. So if I were you, do not buy from Aries Razal or Team Aries Razal.
