My Gosh!  Wala man lang pakumbaba or paghingi ng pasensya sa nangyari. Matapos ang nakakaputing buhok sa pagresponse ng seller. Saturday ko palang nareceived item. grrr
Di na ko ulit mag oorder sa kanya. Isa din akong seller  sana naman maentertain lahat ng buyer nila.

No.2 Nag-order ako ng same item sa ibang seller.  Sikat din sa FN at FB two thumbs up ako sa kanya.


No.3 Resell sana ako ng branded perfume kasi same city kami ng seller.  Products nila from USA daw, at malaki ang discount sale pag thanks giving sa US, at aware naman ako dun. Excited pa naman ako at puntahan ko na sana shop niya yesterday. Pero kinilatis ko muna perfume na inupload niya 3 brands bagsak. Fake sila at almost x3 price compare sa class A.

Facebook Seller Rant: Cirads Sulitbabyshop

Almost a month ago I bought a Crawl and Slide for my 2 year old from Cirads Sulitbabyshop for Php 1700. I wanted something red so that pwede din magamit ng future siblings nya, pang unisex kumbaga, and worth Php 1500 lang sana but the seller told me na hindi na available and yung Php 1700 worth na slide nalang ang avail, with box. So, ok ako dahil my box. It would be in good condition when it arrives here in Iloilo City (Seller is from Pasay). After a week I followed up, I asked her bakit wala pa, I got no reply. On the second week, follow up parin ako kasi ang tagal na. I’ve been buying and selling online since 2005 and dealt with almost all couriers (Air21, DHL, JRS Express, 2GO, AP Cargo, etc.) so I know kung kelan ko ba dapat marereceive yung order ko. I was alarmed nung 3 weeks na pero walang slide na dumating and you can just imagine kung gaano ako nainis dahil sa ang tagal na nga dumating nung item, the sellers was uncooperative. She was not replying to my messages in Facebook, Viber at SMS. Nagreply ata sya once or twice lang but when I was inquiring palang, ang bilis magreply. And take note, I paid for it as soon as I got her bank details. I had my sister and friends text her, try kung magrereply sa inquiries. Aba, nagreply. Later on I had thoughts baka binlock nya ako sa Facebook and sa text messages. She replied lang sa sister ko na hinihintay lang daw nya feedback nung rider. Aba eh 3 weeks na nakaraan nung nagbayad ako, hindi pa naship? Her second message was wala daw name sa package that’s why hindi maship out. Ugggh. Nakakainis. Fast forward to today, I finally got a text from AP Cargo, pick up ko na daw yung item sa office nila. Nagtaka ako kasi bat ipipick up, eh usually dinedeliver. I let it pass since minor issue lang. I paid Php 686 for the shipping fee. When I got the slide, it has no box. Naka plastic lang and tape. Di pa ako nairita, because I was excited to assemble it para mapaglaruan na ng anak ko. When I got home, I tried to remove the plastic only to find out na wala man lang manual or instruction on how to assemble it. Medyo kalmado pa ako nito. But I found this one tube na kinabit lang using epoxy or gluegun bay un, dun na ako nainis. I also realized she sent the wrong item, it had a different color. I ordered for a red one, orange yung natanggap ko. Kakainis di ba? At that point I wanted a refund so pinatext ko sa sister ko since hindi nga sya nagrereply sakin. She replied na she won’t be able to refund the whole amount dahil kulang daw sila sa funds, and that bibigyan nalang daw ako ng discount na Php 300, nagkapalit daw kami nung order nung isa. I cannot control my anger, gusto kong itapon yung slide dahil sira na, ang dumi pa. Well, that’s what I got for buying second hand. To think she has over 18,000 likes on Facebook. But she turned off her review section. Takot siguro sa bad feedback. She also deleted my comments sa pics when I was asking for an update sa order ko. Haaay. I learned my lesson the hard way. Isipin ko nalang nanakawan ako ng Php 1700. But still.. Ang sakit sa heart. Ang dami ko ng mabibili sa Php 1700!

So for future buyers of Cirads Sulitbabyshop, beware. So much hassle ang transaction ko sa kanya. Very irresponsible seller pa. If you had a smooth transaction with her, then good for you. And for the record, hindi ko po siya sinisiraan. I am just stating facts and sharing my experience. End of rant. Move on na ako.

I think this is the 3rd time na umorder ako sakanila and the previous ones went well naman. I ordered a wallet and then sent them the previous one I ordered from them so they can repair it for me. I paid June 29 and then sabi nya 2 weeks daw yung processing ng order. She told me na July 15 daw naship and that I should have it by Monday. Until now di dumadating, so I contacted her thru ig, viber, email and text but wala syang reply. Until I inquired through her sister kasi may isa pa silang online shop. Sabi nya she just got out of the hospital blah blah. Tapos binlock nya ko sa ig after so I asked her if she blocked me and she denied it. Sobrang clear naman para malaman sa ig kung nablock ka ng ibang user. She messaged me now na binalik daw pala ng fastrack sa kanila yung order at ishiship nya na daw ulit today. Well, I don't think na napaship na nya yun when she said she did. I just don't know what's up with her. Sobrang ok pa naman umorder sa store nya.

I just had to rant about this. Mas maappreciate ko pa sana kung sinabi na lang nya sakin na madedelay yung order kesa naman sinabi nya na napadala na kahit di naman.

Sepa Cebu - napaka-jolly na seller at ang ganda ng packaging!
Bijoux de Lou - maayos na kausap, mabilis shipping
Abubot - ok service neto nung nagorder ako with special instructions (regalo kasi)
Style Cravings Manila - duda ako kung ok ito kaya di ko na tinuloy yung order.. parang umuulit kasi yung post tapos nung nanghingi ako ng photo, wala binigay
Happy Home PH - seller pa naman ito hehe services nga lang madaling kausap pero nagresign yung gusto kong cleaner tapos yung mga kapalit di na ganun ka-ok
Little Emily Shop - suki ako, lagi may freebies at mabilis delivery (minsan lang yung xend na mismo  may problema pero yung seller walang problema)
edens_paradise - sobrang ok kausap at jolly sumagot sa mga tanong tapos mabilis delivery
beautybarbsorganics - ang tipid sumagot at parang masungit pero mahilig magbigay ng freebies.. mabilis shipping
Inner Healing and Peace - suki ako neto napakadali kausap at ang bilis ng delivery!

Rants:
I just hate it when sellers posts "No return, no exchange" sagot naman ng buyer ang shipping to and fro, I just find that it's an unfair practice since the buyer does not get to fit or touch the items. Pano pag hindi kasya. Basta intact ang tags and all dapat pwede.

And I hate sellers who are suplada, parang ayaw sumagot ng queries. When you decide to sell online dapat mahaba ang pasensya mo because the client does not get to inspect the items thoroughly kaya maraming questions, nagagalit pa ang iba when you ask too many item's prices. Ehh what if kung nilalagay na lang nila ang prices.

@momandmilly - recently bought a water doodle mat, their shop says that the size is 74x50cm at P250, I received a 50x50 mat nag complain ako then she said 50x50 daw talaga yun kasi stock photo yun naka post, nasa description is 74x50 din nakasulat. Nagkamali lang daw. Soooo mali ang photo mali din ang description Mas expensive daw yung malaki yada yada while sa box ng product 2 sizes lang naman ang nakasulat it's either 50x50 or 74x50.

Fb - fitcuisineph - i was inquiring about their menu, first few questions they responded then biglang wala na. A few months later nag inquire ako uli, dedma lang sila.

Nung last week ng August may inorderan akong craft supplies store. Legit naman sila kasi kapartner nila yung isang kilalang store din. Pero grabeeeee sobrang tagal nilang magreply simula nung nagbayad ako ng order ko. Nung mga first week ng Aug nagiinquire na ako about the item sobrang bilis magreply. As in kahit mga 12mn nagrereply pa din. Pero simula nung nagsend na ako jusko po ang tagal. Tapos last week sabi nila naship na daw tapos ibibigay yung TN mayamaya, hala ka mga 2 days after nun dun pa lang binigay yung TN tapos sabi di pa daw nasship kasi nasa ibang location(?) Mag-2 weeks na simula nung order ko pero wala pa din. Hindi naman pre-order yug inorderan ko. Sana naman this week mareceive ko na yung item. Grabe di na ako uulit sakanila ever (

sino yan sis? nacurios bigla. madaming seller ng whitening ang kakainis kausap. seen zone. meron pa after 1 week papadala item. meron ako naexperience now since naubusan stocks suki ko bumili ako sa kanya. 1 week walang reply. gumamit ako ibang number wow ang bilis mag reply. so nagwarla ako. pagka text nya irerefund daw bayad ko wala daw siyang stocks, pero dun sa isang number na gamit ko may stocks siya. sama ng ugali kung nauubusan isa kong supplier sa kanya ako bumibili laging kulang kulang magpadala. ang kulang umaabot ng 30k-60k. 1 week mo ng received walang sasabihin na kulang. kung magcocomplain hindi pa nya alam anong kulang sa order mo. ang TAN___A lang niya.

sabi idedeliver na daw tapos di dumating walang pasabi so follow-up ako, sabi bukas daw kasi nasiraan daw ng motor, tapos di din dumating wala ulit pasabi, tapos ganun nanaman the 3rd day. sa asar ko sabi ko pick up ko nalang paki refund nalang yung payment ko n shipping. Yung toy sakto lang - expected from a second hand seller. Nakakabadtrip lang talaga yung pinaghintay ka sa wala ng walang pasabi - hello? syempre may work or kung ano mang pwede sanang nagawa instead of waiting diba?
