Sa Astoria kami this December, first time. Any feedback about the place?

just came back. To update about electricity - may scheduled brownouts but parang sandali lang. But, it's ok if 24 hrs hotel generator. There were times wala lights/electricity establishments sa dmall around noon but maliwanag naman kya ok lang. During nighttime may electricity naman around station 1 and 2, not sure about station 3. Good luck lang sa magstay sa room malapit sa generator or magstay sa small resorts/hotels within vicinity ng generator ng big hotel. Sobrang ingay when we passed by one.

The good thing is maraming room vacancy kahit beachfront rooms/hotels/inns, sometimes discounted price but ask first if may generator sila.

ok ang bora trip with family last dec. 2-4, first timer ang mga kiddo ko pero thanks at maganda ang panahon at super happy sila nung makita ang beach.sulit ang pagod ko dahil na appreciate nila pati ang accomodation namin kahit na hindi beach front.

malumot sa Bora pag summer?!? oh nooooo!!! i went there nung May 2012, hindi naman malumot sa Station 1... so when i booked for our Bora trip in 2014, May din ang ni-book ko... May 2014... sana hindi malumot... i paid for good accommodation pa naman... sadness!!!!

Hi sisses! I just have a question. Tomorrow is our trip to Boracay. Unfortunately, our flight schedule on December 19 going back to Manila is 6AM so we have no choice but to check out on December 18. Ano po 'yung pinaka-late na byahe ng bangka from the island as well as the bus/vans going to Kalibo Airport? Thanks in advance.

On our flight to boracay na. First time with my hubby and 2 kids and we will be spending our Christmas there. I hope mag-enjoy ng todo ang mga kids!

^Just returned from boracay. Meron pa ring brown outs. Yung first 2 nights namin sa boracat regency. So walang problem ang brownout kc may generator naman. Yung last night namin sa true home hotel nagbrown out ulit ayon walang generator. Though tolerable naman mga 20mins lang naman yata. Kaya lang sabi tuloy namin ni hubby next time sa big hotels na lang talaga kami kasi mahirap magpaypay sa mga kids! Haha. Kung puro adult wala naman problem yun, kaso lang nga sa amin kasi 2 kids.

Next year kami punta Boracay, wala pa kaming return ticket to Manila

First two nights sa Tans Annex kami, then second two sa Regency. March pa naman, siguro by that time okay na okay na ang lahat.

i miss boracay!

first time here was 2007, summer.. 4 nights.. stayed sa boracay peninsula, station 2.. okay lang sya malinis, basic, nothing special hehe

2008 - le soleil, station 2.. 5 nights.. october sembreak.. we got the suite, okay naman the rooms as far as i can remember, katabi pa namin sila yayo aguila.. ayy naalala ko, yung panty ko, terno ng 2piece na naka hang sa may sampayan, nawala!! nasa ground floor kasi kami.. ahaha feeling ko foreigner kumuha kasi habang swimming ako sa pool, i saw a foreigner, peeking sa room namin! hindi ko na lang pinansin.. they have a nice bar na sa taas, dati wala pa.. we tried helmet diving, snorkeling, atb

2009 - boracay regency, favorite place.. 4 nights really nice here.. 3 pools na lahat nice..

2011 - april.. mandarin.. another favorite place.. 4 nights.. gamda din dito..

2011 - may.. mandarin again 4 nights

2011 - last week december.. boracay regency 3 nights

2012 - october sembreak.. mandarin

2013 - third week march.. regency..

2013 - first week april.. boracay regency.. 2 nights


hindi halata na may favoritism diba? ayaw na namin to explore other hotels hehe okay for us kasi yung beachfront and station 2.. yun lang wala na kami naexperience talaga na iba.. sana pala sinasabi namin na may icelebrate, kasi usually birthday, anniv/monthsary kami nasa boracay..

gusto ko talaga itry yung parasailing ba yun and banana boat, ayaw lang ng bf ko kainis haha

lagi ko kinakain dito yung mga corn, isaw, hotdog and shakes.. i tried jonah's, nothing special sorry hehe gusto ko matry choriburger sana.. before lagi kami buffet, pero after ng mga ilang punta, nagsawa na sa buffet hihi syempre d'mall.. pag andito kami ni bf, lagi kami buy nung haagen na stickbar sa convenience store doon na mas mahal ng 100.. parang nakasanayan lang namin ahaha

nagpamassage na din kami before, yung by the beach, oh my pinapak kami ng lamok, never again.. sa mandarin spa na lang palagi..

lagi din kami sa southwest tours, nakakainis nga yung ang aga aga nila magsundo grrrrr

last march and april, actually malumot.. may or october ata ndi masyado.. ndi ko na maalala.. nasanay na lang ako sa lumot.. panget lang talaga sa pic pag me green green hehe

sarap lang chill sa beach under the umbrella, with mango shake, listening to the relaxing sound of waves hanggang makatulog.. ganjn lang kami everytime, too lazy na to explore hihi

grabe pede ako tumira sa boracay forever hihi dream ko eh makabili ng condo unit sa far future


i hope okay na everybody in aklan at balik na to normal..

Will be there in Jan19-22. Kaso wala pa kaming hotel. Balak naming maghanap nalang when we arrive there, kaso ang concern ko is may dala kaming toddler, mahirap ngang magpaypay kapag may brownout.  Any suggestion na mid ranged na hotel?

^ Royal Park Hotel between station 1 and 2. Near Astoria. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Beachfront but no pool. Wi-fi lobby only. Breakfast included, masarap naman and big serving.

Two thumbs-up for their housekeeping not only did they clean our room and change towels everyday but when hubby forgot his phone on top of the side table it was still there when we got back. We were half a day gone and i knew housekeeping was there coz we had new towels.

Plus, they have generator.
