Buy sa US. Mahal kasi dito. I bought before sa Healthy Options php 700 for 100 caps. I just ordered sa US 400 caps (4 bottle) at 900php lang.

Question po, do u take fenugreek na na may advise ng doctor or take lang po without? I'm a bit hesitant in taking kasi I've got a lot of allergies. Pero O wanted to try na sana...

these are supplements that does not need prescription naman although it's your option to ask your doctor about it. i took fenugreek without advise. just like i took malunggay caps.

Without prescription. But it is recommended by lactating consultants in the US. dosage is 3 times per day. You can go as high as 12 to 15 but will result in engorgement.

I used to take fenugreek and malungay capsules. But i stopped na kasi i had to sleep with a bath towel on top of my bedsheets kasi im badly leaking. Now my son is 10 and a half months and kumonti na supply ko but still enough for him. Planning to drink again para i can pump milk and have yaya feed him through cup or bottle para ma wean off ko na siya sa breast. Sakit na ng shoulders ko from direct feeding. I cannot seem to find the correct position or mabigat na talaga baby ko to cradle hold.

i'm using nature's way and so far, it works great for me. true enough, malakas makadagdag ng milk but you also have to have a good pumping/latching routine. hindi rin naman kasi effective ang milk boosters if hindi properly emptied ang breasts natin.

^^ naku sis, nung ganyang age baby ko di na kami nakakapag-cradle hold. Likot sobra ni baby, tumutuwad at kung [textspeak!]-ano pa. Kaya mas naging ok sa akin ang side-lying position (well, minsan simpleng reclined or lying position nga lang, hehe). Then bahala na mag-acrobatics ang anak ko once naka-latch sya. Hehe.. mula nung gumapang sya at natuto tumayo hindi na mapirmi sa feeding position nya..

Napansin ko na humina milk ko mula nung nag-11mos si baby (kaka-1yo nya lang last week). Siguro kasi mas lumakas na food consumption nya, although di pa talaga super kain. Di na din ako minsan nagpa-pump so yung stash namin sa freezer e nabawasan ng nabawasan hanggang maubos. Ngayon puro nasa ref na stash na lang kami. But i'm starting to take Fenugreek kasi parang gusto ko mag-build up uli ng stash sa freezer, kahit 20bags lang.. kaya dinadalasan ko na din ang pag-pump lately..

@bagaholic what brand of bags do you use to store your milk? Planning to switch to bags instead of bottles. TIA

^ i use Honeysuckle milkbags.. madami na din ako brands na na-try pero ito yung parang pinaka-ok for me.

^ milkbags are for one-time use only, sa pagkakaalam ko.. if going for reusable, storage bottles ang option..

@bagaholic yup hinda nga pala reusable. Bottle nalang kami i guess may yaya naman si wifey na taga hugas. Sayang parang ganda kasi for storage ang bags.

^ if your wife plans on building a stash sa freezer, i'd really reco using the milk bags. Mas space-saving and mas madali i-stack (lay it flat to freeze para madali iorganize). Bottles can take up too much space kasi, lalo pa at hindi naman full yung mga bottles..

If ref stash lang (for consumption within a week), then the bottles will do, IMO.

^gamit namin avent storage cups if next day or two ang consumption. nagstore lang ako sa ref ng 6 to 8 cups (6oz each) kasi ang laki ng nakakain sa space. mga 2 days consumption na din yun. kapag okay na ko dun thats the time na i will use storage bag for my stash.

hi sis!! im thinking of getting it too... pero yung avent cups ba directly siya sa pump mo?? or sinasalin mo din?? though di naman avent ang pump ko may conversion kit lang ako para pwede yung avent bottles directly sa pump...

mga sis.. which is better po ba?? use your feeding bottles directly sa pump or use storage bottles then ipo-pour nalang sa feeding bottles ng baby na gagamitin.. para di na re-ref yung feeding bottles natin then ihe-heat using microwave or bottle warmer...

and another question... do you use bottle warmer, microwave or ilalabas lang sa ref yung bm before ibigay kay lo??? i read pag galing freezer ilalagay muna sa ref para ma thaw...

do babies can drink cold breastmilk?? is it safe po ba???

^ huwag cold sis dapat galing refrigerator ilagay mo sa medyo mainit na tubig...huwag lang din naman yong sobrang mainit na tubig...dont let your child drink cold milk from refrigerator its not good for infant babies...
