grabe last week as i do my epilation on my legs napansin ko na spider veins ko then dahil manipis and may kaputian legs ko,pansin ko na varicose veins ,,,so what i did was to research...hope this will help...sabi sa sige on half lotion add half apple cidar vinegar and shake then apply...since applle cidar vinegar oil is organic ,,i bought human heart nature baby lotion transfer half of it in separate container and add apple cigar vinegar ,1:1 ratio,,then shake well,,i raise my leg and apply and massage until fully absorb,repeat in other leg,,i do this before sleep then upon wake up,,then after shower bago pumasok sa work,,also as of now i took antistax capsule ,im on my 6th day,,heaviness on my legs was lessen,also im going to buy now compress stockings sa trinoma mercury,,3M ang brand,,,sa hands naman namin,normal na visible veins,kasi we always do hand washing before and after handling babies,kahit pa marami sulat ,charting hand washing talaga kaya lahat ng ugat namin nagsisilabasan,,hopefully mag work ang apple cidar lotion,,then will try too coffee scrub ...
