pag weekend ng march, marami bang tao sa USS? para normal ticket nalang bibilhin namin and not the one na express. forgot what it is called. hehe

about ymca, sa mga naka stay na, how strict are they sa no. of guests? kaya ba mag lusot ng roommate if hindi naman sabay ang pag check in registration sa reception nila?

^Sis, panalo na yung ginawa mong IT.  Magkakatabi lang ang mga pinili mong spots (clark quay, chinatown, harbourfront sentosa .. all purple line).  When you transfer from Chinatown to MBS, you may ride the newly opened (just dec 2013) downtown line.  Mas madali na ang transfer nyo kahit meron kayo mga bagahe.

Although napansin ko 3-4PM ang balik nyo galing legoland, pwede pa kayo pumunta ng makansutra to have your dinner.

happy monday to all! by the way chinese new year na this Friday to Sunday. Thursday is the eve so maraming supermarkets ang sirado so be sure if may kasama kayong bata nabilhan nyo na ng milk and diapers. This is what I need to do hehe

Sis pinksuman, is last week of march a crowded time sa mga theme parks? Read here in female network ata na kris aquino said that going during march and april is a good time kasi hindi raw matao.

parating maraming tao sa USS. less crowded pagweekday. kase ang daming turista dito as in. ang pumupunta sa USS are different nationalities especially yung mga naka tour package. sa sentosa marami kang makikitang tour guide na may dalang bandera or payong na tinataas nila para makita sila ng group nila
sure ko during march and april ang daming pinoy nyan coz lahat nakabakasyon nayon pa lang nga ang dami na eh basta kung gusto nyo masulit yung USS as in pagbukas pa lang nandun na kyo dapat. ride 1st the popular rides like mummy ride, transformer ride and yung grabecious na roller coaster
doable sya all in one day and bitin if isingit pa ang sentosa. so normally what i advise to people is that to maximise the USS coz may bayad ito. if may natira pa sa time then go sentosa or you do this on the 2nd day.

bedok reservoir is near bedok mrt (green line). lapit na to sa airport pero layo sa city. pero lahat naman doable na through mrt or if you got lucky baka may straight bus ka.

tama si sis pinksuman. for those visiting this week, CNY na so maraming stores ang sarado.  Thursday bukas pa silang lahat pero maaga magsasara yan (arnd 4 or 5pm). Tapos sa Friday (1st day of CNY), sarado mga tindahan including groceries. so wala kayong maso-shopping-an.  most attractions (like USS, zoo, etc) are open.  sa Feb1 (2nd day), madami pa ding saradoo pero may mga bukas nang shops and groceries. but to be sure, siguraduhin nyo nang meron kayo ng mga kakailanganin nyo for the first 2 days of CNY.  sa Feb2, marami nang bukas. 

kung gusto nyo [textspeak!] mga CNY goodies, sabi nila malaki na ang discount sa eve of CNY. inuubos na nila mga paninda.  marami nga lang ding tao doon.  if you like bakkwa, be ready for blockbuster pila.


sis Tweetyai, doable naman yang Sentosa nyo. 8:45 open na ang cable car. pede yun unahin nyo. then USS ng 10am. tapos SEA aquarim ng 4pm-7pm (kaya to ng 3hrs lang). then skyline+luge (kaya ito ng 1hr. pede tumagal kung ulit-ulit kayo).


sa March, matao lang siguro sa USS ng Mar15-23 kasi SG school holiday. pero baka hindi din kasi sawa na yata mga bata dito sa USS. LOL


sis msals2007, malapit where?  malapit ang Bedok sa airport. pero malayo sya sa City/Orchard/Sentosa area.

^^Sis bukas na ba yung big roller coasters? Kasi alam ko sinara nila for maintenance or something. We'll be in Singapore from March 4-5. Bale one night lang tapos balik KL na ulit.

^ sis sarado pa din ang Battlestar Galactica sa USS, it was closed last July 2013 and there is no news when to magoopen ulit, there are some rumors naman na baka hinde na to magopen ever again and will be replaced by another attraction. It's due to Technical Review. Check mo na lang din sis pag malapit na punta nyo since wala naman ata official statement if indeed permanently closed na ang ride.

^Nothing serious happened but a lot of buzz is going around about USS na minadali and madaming kapalpakan yung Chinese contractor na nakuha ng RWS 

msals2007, Bedok Reservoir is in Bedok, tama sila BUT this not near the MRT. You might need to take the taxi to save time if ever, coz mga at least 6 stops rin for you to get to the MRT area...

pinksuman, Bedok Reservoir is not near the MRT, medyo malayo cya kasi halos nasa Boundary na cya ng Tampines...

Just an FYI, Chinatown is CLOSED during CNY. For sure sarado sila ng Sunday-Monday and maaga magsara ng sat

yun nga, gusto kong malaman if malapit sa MRT. Malayo pala. Pero walking distance naman...as in ilang minutes if we'll walk o dapat talaga taxi? Yun kasi yung nakuha naming arrangement with a common friend eh. Cheap lang $25 per head. Will it be more expensive ba kasi we'll always end up taking the taxi? Yung mga pupuntahan namin for our 5 day stay is the usual attractions, USS, Sentosa, Zoos, Marina, Gardens by the Bay, Orchard..
