Will be travelling to SG on Jan.14-17 and is on the look-out for a hotel. Tanong ko lang kung may nakapag-stay na ba sa SandPiper Hotel? Wala pa kasi ako makitang review about dito. Hotel location is at 63 Dunlop Street.

There's a coach (tourist bus) service from Singapore Flyer to LEGOLAND.  I booked thru Asiatravel.  SGD66/person, inclusive of entrance tickets.

I've stayed at Pan Pacific earlier this year.  It's a nice hotel in the Marina Bay area.  Others you might want to check out are Marina Mandarin, Mandarin Oriental, Conrad and Fullerton (though pricey it has very good reviews, even better than MBS).

Day 2 (nov 27) - eto bale yung whole day namin
-uss (4d max, waterworld, spielberg ride, transformer ride) any suggestions na pwede sa seniors?

Day 3 (nov 27) - flight namin pabalik ng manila is 5pm, so may time pa maglakwatsa sa umaga
-little india/ chinatown (which is better?)
-fort canning park
-changi airport

*tapos sis paano ang transpo namin from this places to another one? kaya ng mrt lang? or dapat taxi? tsaka saan maganda mamili ng pasalubong na di naman masyado mahal pero maganda pa rin? tnx ulit!

^I suggest you do Singapore Flyer at night.  Mainit mashado pag sa maaga.  If you want a view, try the sentosa cable car, kaso its S$26 roundtrip.

Try checking out Botanical Garden (Orchid Garden - a must) on Day 4 or do some shopping at Orchard Road (Ion, takashimaya, isetan, Orchard central, Plaza Singapura)

Also, geylang?  I suggest you skip this area.  Red light district sha unless that's what you're really planning to do.

hi mga sis! mayroon na ba sa inyo nakapag stay sa MBS hotel? mahigpit  ba sa sneak in? gusto kasi sana namin mag MBS hotel, yung triple room lang ang mayroon eh 5 adults kami..

^Hindi mahigpit ang sneak in sa MBS.  Actually any 5 star hotel dito sa SG kahit sa pinas hindi mahigpit ang sneak in.  Triple room is already okay with 5 person.  Sa laki ng bed ng MBS kasya na ang dalawa sa isang kama.

Sis tingin nyo ok lang ba na from VivoCity/Sentosa magpunta kami sa Queensway after lunch?
Feeling ko kasi di naman kami magtatagal sa Sentosa dahil di naman kami mag USS.
Nagpapabili kasi si hubby ng rubber shoes, sulit ba pagpunta dun for shopping?

Yung songs of the Sea pala pang gabi lang pwede?
Nakita ko kasi sa site nila.

To those who've included lake of dreams in their itinerary,  don't bother.  Walang kwenta ito.  Even while it's going on, nagaalisan na nga mga tao.

mimisim, Orchid garden is inside Botanical Gardens Parang masyado na madaming lakad if you will include Gardens By The Bay on the same day baka mapuruhan parents mo. I suggest either Botanical or Gardens on 1st day. Or Botanical Garden nalang on your last day since if sisilip kayo ng Fort Canning Park and the park is just relatively small. Then from Gardens By the Bay, Esplanade then Flyer, then MBS for the light show at night time. But suggestion lang to take transportation since you're with your parents and baka di kayanin ang lakad. To give you an idea, there's a parang service to the nearest MRT from Gardens by the bay (Bayfront MRT yata?) Then take the MRT alight at Esplanade MRT. from Esplanade to Flyer is about 10-15minute walk. From SG flyer to MBS is another 10-15minute walk. If your parents are tired already, pwede kayo magtaxi from SG Flyer to MBS, mga less than $6-7 lang siguro to if it's rush hour 'coz may + 35% na surcharge pag peak hours...

For pasalubong, cheap sa Chinatown.

^To help you lang sis Girlcrush, I know my mom cannot endure the walk from Bayfront MRT to the actual domes.  So what I did, we took a taxi from my place.  Although very near lang ako, it cost me S$10 lang.  I opted for this method instead of MRT dahil mapapagod talaga ang mommy ko considering she still has to walk inside the domes.

When you get to the taxi entrance of the Gardens by the bay, there's a S$5 VIP tour where you will get to ride the golf cart and it will let you explore the whole gardens without getting off.  IIkot sha hanggang sa mismong domes kaya mas ideal to sa mga matatanda.

thanks sis xtine! gusto din namin ma experience and MBS hotel kahit one night lang.. sis, pag check in ba kailangan present passport ng mag stay or kung kanino lang naka pangalan reservation? minsan kasi mayroon hotel na pati identification ng mga staying guest tinitignan..

^Not so sure sis, baka kelangan ang passport kasi for verification ng reservation.  Not exactly kung sino ang nag reserve pero yung name ng main guest.  Pero don't worry, they never check kung sino ang mga guests.  5 star hotels never count the guests.  Kahit nga pang dalawa lang ang room, once you're a guest you can bring 4 guests to the pool area.

sis girlcrush, pag exclude namin yung flyer sa day 1 kaya na kaya? yung gardens by the bay ba maganda talaga? ano makikita dun? so parang isa lang pala yung botanical & orchid gardens hehe. sis magastos ba pag sinunod ko lahat nung nasa iti namin? baka di na kami makauwi hehe bale eto na lang kaya sa day 1 namin: botanical, gardens by the bay, merlion, esplanade (overlooking na lang sa merlion hehe) & mbs
