^oo nga sis nacheck ko sa site. kaso for 2 lang yata yun di ko pa sure if pwede sa 3, mag-email din ako sa kanila to inquire. pag family room lumalabas halos same lang sya dun sa nakikita ko sa asiatravel eh. pero sulit na yun sanyo ha and parang malaki naman nga mga rooms. anyway tnx sis!

Sis Mimisim, Yung triple room na lang kinuha ko bali SGD 420 (P14K++) ang 2 nights namin. Iniisip ko nga sneak in na lang dahil laki difference, kaso takot ako eh.. hehe. Baka mas malaki fine kung mahuli, saka first time ng mama at sister ko mag Out of country.
Nag check din ako sa hotel site nila kaso wala ako makita triple, panay superior room lang, ayoko naman mahiwalay sa kanila ng room. hehe

Actually, natagalan din ako sa pag hahanap ng hotel kasi parang konti yung mga triple room.
First option ko is Fragrance Hotel Bugis kaso wala naman triple room. So book ko na lang YMCA based from our sissies recommendations. Atleast, makakapamasyal kami sa orchard and lapit lang sa hotel.

Okay ba mag buy tickets dun? Pano yung tickets saan kukuhanin? Pwede eticket lang ipapakita sa Sentosa or kukunin pa pag nandun na sa SG?

Meron silang rate for extra bed SG$ 30 or pwede rin i-book mo yung isang person sa Student bed na SG$40 tapos lipat na lang... not sure kung mas mura yun sa current rate nyo sa asia travel...

sis naughty_girl, naka-book na ko ng hotel namin at last! sa ymca din, very convenient nga sabi ni sis girlcrush tsaka at least triple room na. natakot din ako sa sneak in eh baka sa konting difference eh magka aberya pa sayang naman ang tour hehe. bale nakuha ko sya ng 368sgd coz nakakuha ako ng promo code sa citibank so may discount pa rin. yung airport transfer 1 way lang pala noh? and same with you di ko sure if avail ko pa yung free city tour baka kasi di maganda hehe. ay na-excite na ko sis, iti ko naman yung aayusin ko ngayon. tnx sa recos!

sis tiger_hunt, yung triple room na lang kinuha ko kasi nung nag-email ako sa asiatravel wala daw available extra bed  dun sa superior twin. medyo naka-discount naman coz nakuha ko sya ng 368sgd (3d 2n) with breakfast, 1 way airport transfer & city tour. so sulit na rin!

mimisim, good decision on YMCA. you won't regret it you really have to consider the location for the convenience of your parents if you're looking for a hotel, specially na puro lakad dito. regarding night safari, if your parents have poor eyesight, I don't think they'll appreciate this.

tiger_hunt, you can grab some snacks at Plaza Singapura. You can eat at B2 level may mga snacks stalls doon if mabilisan lang... Or you can try Tim Ho Wan for dim sum food. Then from there you can just take the MRT going to Ion Orchard.. For day 3, I can't recommend any hawker stalls in Bugis area but you might want to consider eating Indian food instead at Little India? There are a few Indian restaurants there that are worth trying IMO

and LV is cheaper here... Even cheaper in Dubai the last time I compared it.. For outlet shopping, go to Changi City Point nalang before you go to the airport..

sis naughty_pink, oo nga ok pa rin kahit one-way lang yung airport transfer at least di tayo mahihirapan pagdating. ni-scan ko din yung sa city tour nila di ko sure if ok lahat puntahan yun, isip ko baka mas maganda pa pag sariling gawa ng iti hehe.

sis gircrush, tnx sa recos nyo! yun din nga naisip ko eh good location para di kami masyado mahirapan since first time namin sa sg. ay oo nga di pala sila pwede sa night safari medyo malabo mata nila hehe. post ko iti ko sis pag na-finalize ko na tapos patulong ulit ha. tia!

Sis, you have to collect it the day before you go to Sentosa.  Sentosa and other attractions does not accept eticket.

May Tim Ho Wan ba in SG? If yes, saan kaya?

Sis, meron sa Plaza Singapura along Orchard rd (Dhoby Ghaut Stn). Pero be warned, the queue is very long especially on weekends and beyond 6pm weekdays.  But the Pork buns are really delicious.

Another branch is in Toa Payoh pero sobrang layo na if you are staying within the city.

also advisable ba na kumuha ako ng sim card for data sa phone or I can live with free wifi? I bought gothere.sg app and plan ko skype/viber na lang means of communication while there... i ever i need to buy a sim card ano yung pinaka sulit, i dont intend to make calls and text naman data lang talaga...

finally decided on YMCA na rin for our trip next week, biglaan yung trip swerte lang at madaming good deals (well seems to me

YMCA on our first two nights for SG$ 108/night Superior room then Peninsula Excelsior for US$135++ on our last night

im starting to plan our itenerary, high level pa lang for now, any tips are highly appreciated

Sis, IMM and changi city point are in both ends of MRT station.

Hi Sis, i tried getting tickets in travel delight for Sea aquarium.
If you'll be near Bugis area, pwede ka dito bumili ng ticket since you have to go to their shop mismo to get the tickets. Otherwise, it's not worth it. Unlike Asia travel na may office near Sentosa, travel delight is only in Bugis (near Bugis MRT station daw.. pero para sakin, di masyadong near.. mga 10 mins walk?)

Day 3 (nov 27) - flight namin pabalik ng manila is 5pm, so may time pa maglakwatsa sa umaga

Day 1: Isama mo na din dito yung Singapore Flyer. kasi magkaka-area sila ng Esplanade at MBS. Medyo malayo ang Sentosa sa SG Flyer.  kung mag-taxi kayo, nasa YMCA na siguro kayo ng 11am. baka pede na kayo mag-checkin. kung di man pede, iwan nyo na lang gamit nyo sa hotel tapos magliwaliw na kayo.

Day 2: kung gusto nyo mag-cable car, yung na lang gamitin nyo papasok ng Sentosa.  pede nyo din i-try yung Luge bago mag-Songs of the Sea. dati may discount sa Luge pag may SotS tickets kayo.  my 50something MIL tried Luge before. enjoy naman sya. hehe.

Papiseed, most malls here may wifi, also check with your hotel if they offer free wifi..

mimisim, you can leave your things first if hindi pwede early check in (it depends kasi if they have available rooms na), early lunch first probably at Plaza Singapura then maybe go to Botanical Gardens before kayo mag Merlion, Esplanade etc since they're all in the same area. Oh and you might want to consider going to Singapore Flyer instead on this day too since it's in the area na rin naman.

day 3.. Depends if your parents can still do all the walk but I suggest you ditch 1-2 of your planned IT, if they're not used to walking I don't think they can do all the things in your IT for the last day
