As far as I know walang 2Go pumupunta sa Bohol from Batangas. Pwede mag-Manila to Cebu ka on 2Go then take any of the fast craft ferries that ply the Cebu-Tagbilaran route.

Hi! First time namin to go to Bohol and we have no idea about the distances between tourist spots. Can anyone help us? We will arrive at Tagbilaran port from Cebu on July 19 at 103am then leave at 1030 on July 21. Doable ba ang itinerart below?

Day 1

Arrival from Tagbilaran Port at 1030am
Loboc River Cruise
Tarsier
Man-Made Falls
Chocolate Hills
Hanging Bridge
Then CHECK IN at any resort in PANGLAO. Mas okay ba yun or should we look for a place within the city muna?

Day 2

Island Hopping? or EAT DANAO?

Day 3

Travel back to the airport?


Since there's only two of us, is it cheaper pa din to hire the services of Kuya Tatsky etc? We need help! Hehe. Thank you!

mga sis! which activities in EAT Danao are really must-tries?? i know it depends sa trip ng tao, but i just want to hear what you enjoyed the most.

so far, ang nasa list ko are: Suislide and River Kayaking. gusto ko sana ng Off-Road Buggy kaso under maintenance ang status niya - sana gawa na by summer next year. yung Plunge, i might try din, sana safe.

how's the River Trekking? ok ba? how's the Moderate Caving? maganda ba ang loob? worth the effort ba?

i read some reviews in tripadvisor na when they went to Danao Adventure Park, marami daw activities na sarado. i also read a review na wala daw tourists nung pumunta siya! ang boring daw kasi wala masyadong tao. kumusta experience niyo dun? sulit ba? kasi ang layo ng travel, eh ang corny naman kung pagkatapos naming tiyagain yung travel eh wala kaming madatnan na mga tao dun.

hi mga sis! We are planning to go to Bohol this November 24 9:40 AM. bale 3 kmi. ang dating sa Tagbilaran Airport. Balik din kami ng 26 at 10:20AM. Gusto kasi ng friend ko mas matagal sa Panglao. any suggestions kung san maganda pumunta? yung countryside tour ba pwede gawin if sa Panglao kami galing? and Si kuya Tatsky ba may tour na galing na from airport papaunta sa resort na mapipili namin? sensya na dami ko tanong ha.. pero super excited na kami! hehe

@meimie Na-try namin mag-caving last 2011 I think. Their moderate caving seems like hindi moderate caving... at least for me. I find it a bit difficult and may isang part doon na you need to crawl or duck walk when passing that area. But I love the caving actually. I think mas nag enjoy pa ako doon kaysa sa Underground River.

Tip: Wear clothes na ok lang madumihan/maputikan.

Anyone na may idea kung gaanu kalayo ang DBR sa Alona Beaches? I've only been to Paragayo Resort the first time I went there and I have no idea kung gaano kalayo ang DBR sa Alona area.

I'm going back to Panglao this November and I want to stay in DBR this time as Alona beach is a bit crowded for me. Want something more quiet and laid back.

^medyo malayo kung lalakarin... although for me, overcharged ako nung trike na sinakayan ko. P150 from Alona Tropical to DBR2. Siguro kung locals, P20-P50  lang yun.
edited to add: according to google maps, 5.5 km lang ang distance between the 2 resorts at 10 minutes away lang by car.

Which of the two ba ang mas may magandang beach/shore? Sa alona or sa DBR area?

I really want to stay sa DBR kasi beachfront sya but I'm a bit worried sa mga negative reviews ng resort.

^^DBR as in Dumaluan? The beach is nice. Very quiet and relaxing. Tuwing gabi they have a band with very soothing songs and voices. Food is great also though a bit pricey.

Sis Cescilay: How was your stay in Paragayo Resort? Walkable ba? And how much yung rate pag hatid from that resort to the airport? Dun kasi kami mag-stay this weekend. Thanks!

Hmm, mas maganda ang dumaluan kasi mas malinis at walang ibang tao. Kaso ang babaw ng tubig. Ang layo ko na, hanggang bewang pa lang. Tapos after the sandy floor, may rocky part na natatakot akong lumagpas kasi baka biglang lalim.
Sa alona kasi, ang daming boats na naka-park pero konting lakad lang, umaabot na sa dibdib ang tubig.
Re: DBR rooms, ok naman at very good value for money. I got the cheapest aircon room and i was very satisfied. But you can check their newer rooms, baka mas ok.
Food is pricier sa resto nila so just walk to DBR grill for cheaper food.

@imyourangel Yes DBR is Dumaluan.

@ilovetigger Ok naman yung stay namin sa Paragayo and yes, malapit lang sya sa beach. Although you have to cross the highway pa pero mga 5 minutes (or less) lang nasa shore ka na. May mga resto din sa area at may malapit na BPI atm.

I'm not sure about the rate of the resort-airport transport kasi from Panglao we went to Tubigon pa eh and we hired a van for our daily use while we were there.

^AKO SIS, hehe, baka nasa kabilang thread na yung review ko, last Dec 2013 kami nag punta ng Bellevue, and we enjoyed our stay.

Bongga talaga yung resort, very nice rooms, yung pinag stayan namin eh nasa 9,000/night lang, hindi siya ocean front, pero malaki yung room, ganda ng furnishing, and the beds were so comfy.. may bathtub, and may midnight snack hahaha.


The all around ng resort, bongga din, really loved the ambiance there.

Yung pool nila, isa sa pinaka magagandang pool na napuntahan namin, my kids enjoyed it much.

Ang masasabi ko lang hindi positive sa Bellevue, eh medyo pricey ang food, tatlo lang kami, pero per meal, nasa 1,500 Pero masarap naman, so okay na rin.

Breakfast buffet nila, ay grabe sa dami ng selection, busog na busog kami palagi hahaha, yung buffet nila dati for christmas dinner eh nasa 2,800 each kaya hindi namin inavail LOL.

plus gusto ko yung staff nila, very warm sa guests, pwera lang dun sa isang nasa reception na bading, ang taray taray ng LOLa mo. LOL.


we really enjoyed our stay in Bellevue, actually namimiss na siya ng anak kong panganay, balik daw kami hehe.



Inavail din namin ang island hopping tour nila, 6,000 siningil sa amin, pero sarili namin yung boat, with 3 crews, nag balicasag kami at virgin island.
