Hey ladies! We have a son who's turning 4 in Feb and we're scouting for good schools within the Araneta Center Cubao area. So far, I've checked out The Learning Tree and Pail and Shovel but sadly, they're a bit out of our budget. Does anyone have any feedback on Starland International School? How about Kinderhaus, what are their tuition rates now? I've been trying to call their hotline within office hours but no one's answering.

Any other recommended schools nearby?

I think ang Junior nila next year is around 60k sis. Not sure

Hello mga sis..

Nag preschool hunting ako last week and inuna ko ang mga preschools sa UP..  so far, napuntahan namin ang CDC, PAUW, KDCC and another one na hinde pa ata namention dito sa thread.. Parish of the Holy Sacrifice Outreach Program Preschool (PHSOP)..  I was actually hoping may feedback about them here. 

PHSOP is located at the back of the Parish of the holy sacrifice church in UP..katapat ng college of law.. it's a walking distance din sa KDCC.  Maliit nga lang sya as compared with the other preschools in UP.  It's a progressive school din and the TF is surprisingly cheaper.. around 20k lang.. then may discount pa sila sa misc fee for early birds and for UP dependents.  Kaso, may assessment fee of 400php. 

Student-teacher ratio is 10-15 students for 4yo above.. pero for younger kids, below 10 daw.  They have 1 teacher and 1 assistant per class.  They have AM classes lang, but if marami daw enrollees, they will open a class in PM.  Sa June ang start ng class. 

Sana meron sa mga sis dito ang may experience na with this school, any feedback will be highly appreciated.

There's this pre school inside New Intramuros village along commonwealth avenue the named of the school is Menti Assorbenti Montessori. I would highly recommend this school my eldest started her early schooling stint here. I enrolled here whe she was about 1.7 years old and she really improved a lot. the method of teaching is Montessori type. The directress of the school teacher Mich really trained abroad for the Montessori way of teaching.

Done enrolling my son, he will be in Sr Kinder this school year 2016-2017..

tuition for Sr Kinder is at Php 48,330.00 for yearky pyts to Php 49,830.00 for monthly pyts.

People from Commonwealth or Fairview area, I highly recommend The Growing Place I will not get tired recommending it.

hi if ngayun ka pa lang mag sscout within u.p vicinity  like pauw and cdc tapos na sila malamang as early as january nag aacept na po sila ng mga applicants and ipapatawag na nila... i highly recommend pauw... pag labas ng anak mo highly able na siya

I highly recommend Kinderhaus Learning Center in Sgt Esquerra.

- Moved to newly constructed school area and classrooms.
- Big playing field, (unlike preschools that are compressed in an old school-converted house)
- great activities: field day, camping night, dance, etc.
- Good and advance school program and most of all friendly teachers.

+ no rigorous entrance interview or test for your first time schooler.

We landed in this school bec at the age of 3, our kid was a little bit shy to talk to teachers alone in other schools during entrance interviews.

overall, we're glad we picked this school for our daughter's preschool years the past 3 years.

I'm thinking of enrolling my 4 yo daughter sa Centro pambata here in kamias. Any feedback po? Nakabasa lang ako 2 reviews sa kanila sa fb page.
I want a preschool near our place kasi and centro is more affordable compare sa ibang schools na malapit din dito.

i'm leaning towards montessori schools. Kaso grabe ang mamahal pala! May idea ba kayo kung magkanno tution fee sa Seed montessori or IDEAS montessori sa capitol (ang ganda dito)? Thanks

Mga mommies what do you think I should do? 7yrs old na son ko, actually turning 8 na this year but he's still in Senior Kinder. Nasstop kasi lagi pagpasok nya sa school, more on playing kasi sya and sad to say wala talaga focus sa study 😔

^ pls have the kid assessed by a devped. Baka his lack of focus in school maybe a sign of deeper behavioral issues. If turning 8yo, he should already be at 3rd grade.

Thanks sis! Not bad na pala. kasi yung ibang montessori ko na napagtanungan 80-100K for preschool pa lang eh! May i know kung pano ang grading system nila dito? and do they give a lot of homeworks? thank you sis
