Hi sis,

My son is turning 4 this coming May. I'm currently looking for preschools. Do you have any school suggestions? Preferably Lagro and Fairview Quezon City. Hope to receive your responses soon. Thanks

Hi! If you're looking for a progressive preschool that is affordable, you can try The Growing Place located at Fiat St. across FEU hospital. Tuition there costs 50-55K per school year. It is a good school, Jennylyn Mercado sends her son, Jazz, there  However the school only accepts a limited number of students every year and that depends on the vacancies per class (e.g. if there are students who transferred to other schools) so you may want to visit the school earlier for reservation

Hello sisses, any feedback po on THE LEARNING TREE in quezon city?  how much po ang TF? also guaranteed slot po ba ang gradeschool if doon nag-grad ng pre-school?

my daughter is 5 y.o. now and she's currently junior nursery at UP PAUW CCC.

weird lang, next school year, she will be in senior nursery (age 5 1/2), then next is prep which i think is the equivalent of kinder (age 6 1/2) ... parang ang haba ano?  so 7 1/ 2 y.o. na siya by 1st grade. ganun na ba talaga ang age start ng grade 1 ngayon?

anyway, we'd prefer sana that she take the next school year (kinder) sa school where she would be attending gradeschool na din, para less adjustment pagdating ng grade 1.  Top 4 namin is:
1. UPIS (by lottery!)
2. the Learning Tree -- the only progressive school the we are considering
3. Miriam College
4. Diliman Prep

hi sis i have daughter in bridging K+12 she will turn 6 this feb and she is in K1 + K2 program because of the bridging so by june grade 1 na sya at only 6.2 year old ...now aksi 6 yrs old at grade 1 before on our time its 7 yr old by grade 1 .

Yung anak kong mag 4 YO sa March, sa The Growing Place papasok 5:45 AM palang kanina andun na kaming mag-asawa at nag VL pa si Hubby para dun. Kasi yung 4's nila 3 slots lang ang open.

Nag trial anak ko dun, at sobrang nagustuhan niya.

Sis maganda na preschool sa area natin is tatawid talaga ng q.ave.. i suggest paref. I sent my son to gingerbreadhouse sa congressional. Reasonable naman ang travel time.

Thank you sis, but it's my preference not to put him too far. Hindi naman kami de-kotse. I am not sure yet kung masusundo ko sya, so his safety is my primary concern.

Hi all! My son goes to Camelean Academy in Proj4, and I can say it's a really good school. It's a small school but they're preparing the kids for big schools like Ateneo, Miriam, etc. My son is very sociable, kahit na wala siyang kapatid at walang kalaro sa neighborhood. But because of the school, I can say that my son interacts well, and has very good values. Reasonable din ang tuition, more or less 35k. I refuse to enrol my kid sa sobrang mahal na school and would only spend 3 hours a day there. I'm so happy I found this school!

Sa mga June born babies dyan, how old nag kinder baby nyo? Mine kasi who is turning 4 the first week ng June eh Kinder 1 na daw kahit di pa sya nag nanursery.

My daughter attended Schola Progressio's summer classes for two consecutive years, first year was good. But last year, medyo nawindang ako. Last day ng summer class almost all of their teachers had emergency. Pinatawag naman kami after at nag sorry naman. One more thing that draw us back in Schola is their tuition fee, it's too steep for us. While with TGP, kaya namin. At nung nag-attend ng free trial yung anak ko, gusto niya daw ang TGP.

Tuition fee for their nursery is around 70k+ and sa Pre-K naman is 90k+. But it's all worth it kasi mga teachers din nila hindi basta basta lang eh galing sa mga top universities kaya sure ka na fluent mag english mga teachers.

 thank you sis, wow yun pala ang presyo ni Gymboree ano. Pricier pa than Kolisko, malapit lang kami sa QC branch nya kaso when i informed my husband, gusto nyo yun parang playschool na hindi naman ganun ka pricey.. I am actually considering Gerber Educare na.

Any feedback po on School of Saint Anthony or MSA Whiz Kids Academy?  I am torn between these two great schools.  I like MSA but problem might be sustenance dahil 60k+ ang tuition fee.  Is mater carmelli also good?

Any feedback po on Mater Carmeli School of Novaliches?  I am considering this school kasi Nursery, Kinder, then grade school na agad (no K2).  And the TF is only around 30k+.  I am also eyeing on School of Saint Anthony or MSA.  I've read several good reviews about MSA from the previous thread, though medyo pricey din ang TF (60k+).
