My 4 year old son has Otitis Media. Please Help!

It's been a year that my son was diagnosed with Otitis Media. We brought him to an ENT last year when we noticed a watery discharge from his ear. One ear palang yun that time. Yung ENT, nilinis yung ears niya and prescribed a medicine na pinapatak. Nung naubos yung medicine, umok na yung ears ng anak ko pero bumalik siya after a couple of months. And its on BOTH ears na. No more liquid discharge pero meron na siyang foul smell. We already have him checked to 3 different Pedias and ang dami na niyang antibiotics na nainom but all didnt work.

Can anyone here suggest a good ENT or Pedia who knows how to cure my sons ears?

Does he have allergic rhinitis or chronic nasal congestion man lang? If yes, then you have to treat the nasal congestion in order for the otitis media to go away. Otitis media is one of the complications of poorly treated allergic rhinitis kasi.
Does he still drink from the bottle and does he do this while lying down? This will also contribute to frequent ear infections.
Avoid frequent ear manipulation. No cotton buds inside the ears, especially when the nose is congested as this may also lead to ear infection.
