Saw a friend fall in love with a married woman and they briefly had an affair. Lokong-loko sya dun sa girl. Ako pa idinahilan sa friends nya na nagpakilala na parang ni-encourage ko pa yung affair. The girl was being physically abused by the husband pero they ended up getting back together. Ako ang naloka sa kanilang dalawa kasi I knew it was wrong and pwede sila makasuhan since alam nung husband that time.

^ Yes. I saw it happen.
Thing is, my friend A is married with 5 daughters. She married quite early, so she's still in her mid 30s now. Well, I haven't seen her in a long time and when we did, she said she has a story to tell... And I was like, go, go, go.. She started by showing me a photo of a guy (he looked like he was 22 or 23). So, I asked... sino to? She then mentioned the name.. And then I got all curious... So, I said, why are you showing me this? Sabi ni A, I just want to share na 'NAMATAY' siya ng dahil a pagmamahal sa akin. At first, I laughed, thinking it was a joke. I looked at A and she looked like she was going to cry. Turns out, she had an affair with this guy. He was indeed 10 years or so her junior, they worked together. Well, when she finally decided to break it off with him... he refused to eat well, he drank a little to much, he barely slept and he was finally taken when he had a cardiac arrest. My friend still blames herself pero nangyari na eh. So ayun, it's a classic tale of Single Guy falls for a Married Woman and dies for this love, too.. Sad, but true!

yes, nangyari na ito sa ka workmate ko. Single yung guy hunk type pa nga may itsura pero mas bet ata niya ang married woman. Maraming nakapaligid sa kanya na single ladies pero ewan ko yung niligawan niya yung married woman mid 30s yung age niya. They ended up together, naghiwalay yung girl at husband niya and sumama sa workmate ko. Ibang department yung girl pero dahil sa tsismis nag resign pero on their social media accounts mukhang lantaran na yung relationship nila.

What if a single guy said these (on different occasions) to an (slightly) older married woman:

"You don't look your age, you still look young and single. Mabuti hindi ka naliligawan?"
"Papasa ka na 27yrs old (the guy is 26yrs old)"
"Ako, I prefer older women"
"They can appreciate real beauty (refers to the married woman)"

Does it mean the man likes/ is interested in the woman?

I got a problem with this one.  I am married, with 2 kids, and I just turned 35 years old.  Whatever I tell the guys, ayaw akong tigilan.  They like s*x.  But there's this one na hindi lang yun ang habol.  He is 18 years old and siya yung talagang ayaw ako tigilan.  Kesyo hindi raw siya makakain mabuti, etc. 

I didn't know what's wrong kasi hindi ko sila inaakit.  I got a very busy life with my online shops and kids.  I do not have time to mess around.  Pagsubok ni God?

Why not? It is not rare, though not very common (IMO, but what do I know anyway?)

Easy to fall for the charms & good traits of a married woman with kids. Specially if she gives out inviting signals, or initiates it all.

Now, if you are asking about sincerity, true love, marrying that married woman...  Possible, not probable (IMO, but what do I know anyway?)

Eh what about my situation? During buyer meet ups, guy buyer ask questions about the product, of course i need to answer those queations truthfully.  I do not really smile that much with a male buyer.  Syempre nag smile ren naman ako. Hindi ako nakasimangot.  I answer all questions professionally. That is part of customer service.  But after the meet up, yung iba magtetext na.  Mangungulit na.

I'm not a guy but they could be testing the waters if you're going to give in to their pangungulit. If it bothers you, ignore and just remain professional while they haven't crossed some boundaries yet. They will only persist if they feel like you're interested in any way.
