^hi sis allysond. san kayo nagpa-check? anong binigay kay hubby. baka naman may infection lang or someting. si hubby ko non may binigay na antibiotic then mga vits.
don't lose hope. pwede naman ata iui muna since may sperm washing naman yun. they separate the good sperm and yun lang ilalagay sa yo.

Di ko nga maintindihan sis, lahat normal result except lang dun sa morphology, wala naman binigay si dra ituloy lang daw yung zeman,..yung volume din niya 1.4ml kang, e dapat aleast 1.5, stressed kasi talaga si hubby sa work tsaka he really gained weight,..at may history talaga siya before ng heavy drinker,..i dont know if these affects the result,..plan muna namin magbawas siya ng weight then paulit kame ng test,..after that saka na kame magpa IUI,..

Sa st lukes sis,..afternoon aroung 2pm siya nagcollect ng semen,..kaya the following working day na nakuha result.

Sis, mababa din morphology and motility ni hubby. He's advised to take Rogin-E, Vit E, and Zeeman.
Hindi ko na matandaan kung ano yung antibiotic nya. May timing issue din yata yan sis. Better to consult Urologist-RE.

Inadvised nga ni OB na irerefer kame sa urologist, baka daw kasi may bara or something,.we really hope na ok lang muna,..

Sis tingin mo Ok ba ang IUI? Ano pros and cons? Di ko lasi alam if itutuloy na namin sa IUI,..kasi baka umalis na din si hubby next month,..

Hi Sis Allysond. Yun kasi advise sa amin ni OB if we want to optimize daw our chances of conceiving after laparoscopy. Given na aalis na si hubby in a month, kung ako nasa sitwasyon mo, I will. Wala lang akong budget for IUI kaya na-hold ko sya.
Hindi kasi na-approve yung magna carta ko kaya wala akong sahod nag-try na lang muna kami natural and I'm hoping na nakabuo na. If ever na wala pa din, early next year ang plan namin mag-undergo ng IUI.
Explanation naman sa amin ni OB, mas mataas yung chances ng IUI compared to BD kasi nga, na-sperm wash na. Healthy sperm lang ipapasok diretso sa uterus kaya mataas yung chance tsaka given my age (turning 34), medyo kelangan na raw naming magmadali.

Sis oo nga, baka itry na lang namin ang IUI,..kahit walang budget pipilitin namin baka pagbigyan na kame this month,...

Sayang nga sis yang magna carta,,nakuha ko na ang sss ko, 6,750 lang,..

@denzon- sis according to my doctor if the cyst is not affecting your pregnancy no need daw.  Pero pag more than 5cm yata ang cyst kelangan pa rin mag pa lap, I know its freaking to think na magpa lap habang buntis pero sabi ng RE ko ginawa na nya yan hundred of times without complication.  Mas delikado daw if cyst is growing with the baby.

Thank you sis wantstobemon. Alam ko malilit lang ang cyst ko wala pang 5 to 7mm (Nabothian cyst tawag nila dito).

@hi_landprincess: thank you sis for opening another thread on lap. i've been emailing our sisses to open thread V of endometriosis but until now wala pa rin, good thing you opened this one.

@allysond: sis next level na pala kayo ni hubby. soon makakabuo rin kayo. kami, di pa rin nakahanap ng new OB/RE. the last RE i asked, di na daw kumukuha ng new patients. yung past OB ko kasi clomid kagad ang gusto kahit alam naman nya na nag-oovulate ako. saka na daw check-up si hubby after 6mos clomid. i want an RE na magpapablood test muna at kukuhanan si hubby ng semen. furthermore, i read sa website ng RE na meron daw mga OBs na nagwo-work up na di daw dapat kasi required na RE lang kapag fertility problems.

@wantstobeamom: i am so glad to find you here. i read your post sa isang thread and learned a lot from it, lalo na yung work-ups sa Canada. i will find an OB na may ganung approach.

update ko lang kayo mga sis, i just found out that i have a genetic blood disorder, hemoglobinopathy based on my blood tests. i have to undergo further tests to pinpoint the exact anomaly. this is causing my enlarged spleen. good news is, i can still live a normal life amidst this. basta hindi lalaki ng sobra si spleen. 1 disease down; endo you're next.

hi mga sis! naka sched na rin ako ng lap sa tuesday nov 19 PGH. medyo kabado pero dahil nabasa ko yung mga post nyo, lumalakas loob ko. and sana after ng lap mabuntis na rin ako, tayong lahat na lumalaban sa endo 

i have bilateral endometriosis, 2cm and 5cm.. na check na rin fallopian tubes ko thru HSG. thanked God both are patent.

@tulips - sis yeah I believe magagaling mga RE dito and they are very safe di ka agad bibigyan medication unless they are very sure sa diagnosis sayo. Problema ko lang talaga waiting time dito sa Winnipeg.  Sis if may choice ka go to Victoria Fertility Clinic malapit yan sa Vancouver, ang bilis daw don at ang taas ng success rate, sila ang pinaka magaling dito sa Canada.  I can't go there ang layo e, 4-hour flight away from us. ^sis i checked the website you gave. thank you. ivf specialist pala ang Victoria Fertility Clinic. when all else fail, we will resort to this. sa ngayon try muna namin ni hubby blood works and dedicated BD. hehe.

mga sis, i have done further research and discovered that endometriosis may be caused by pelvic injury when you are younger. pwedeng dahil sa constipation na injure ang uterus. pwede rin lagi ka nadudulas at naba bump ang p*et. o kaya sex during your period.

for your diet, refrain from eating dairy products--chocolates, cakes, ice cream, carbonara, and the like. lahat ng may "casein" sa product label. i discovered na ang fries ng McDo meron casein. hayz. you wouldn't think na may milk yun. also avoid soys. if you will need soysauce, go for the fermented one.

@tulips - Sis from what I heared from the girls in the forums from here they specialize in IVF but they  also start from step 1, tvu and blood works.  Pero mas known lang talaga sila sa IVF. But REs there do the protocols they don't resort to IVF agad.

Hi sis Tulips I'm happy for you sis, despite everything sobrang lakas pa din ng loob mo,.ako sis nung nalaman namin n 1% lang morphology ni hubby grabe kala ko bibigay na ako,.pero God s really good binibigyan niya talaga kame ng chance, magaling yung urologist na napuntahan namin, he talked to us na parang sobrang liit lang ng problema,..sabi niya may 1% [textspeak!] hindi naman tayo zero tsaka dame niyang count kaya hindi yan problema,..sabi din niya possible may naipit lang na ugat. Kaya mabuhayan kame ng loob.

Done with my first ultrasound after my lap,..ok naman thank GOD..wala namang bakas ni endo kahit hindi na ako strict sa diet,,.yung right ovary ko din may 2.1x1.7cm na follicle,...binigyan ako ng pregnyl para pumutok kaso sobrang thin ng endometrium ko. Timed intercourse muna kame, sabi ni OB next na lang daw IUI,,.

para sa ating mga sis who had laparoscopy and filed magna carta for women:

mga sis, same din ba ito sa makukuha natin sa SSS? i am about to undergo this procedure din kasi and i'm already starting to coordinate with our HR... pero sabi niya, i can file the magna carta at SSS. kapag ni-file ko ba sa SSS, ang ibibigay sa akin ni SSS na compensation is the same as what i'm currently receiving from the company?

sa pagkakaintindi ko kasi, special leave benefit ito and it should not affect your current leave benefits (max of 2 months. if doctor advised more than 2 months, kaltas na yung sa leave credits) and your company should give you your full pay. tama po ba ako? 

i found this pdf from Philippine Commission on Women about the guidelines. inaaral ko muna kasi babalikan ko yung HR namin! haha. andito din yung list kung paano maco-consider if minor or major yung surgical procedure. based sa list kapag laparoscopy at tinanggal yung myoma ko, hindi ako papayag kapag sinabi nilang minor yun dahil sa nasusulat, major yun! haha

and para hindi talaga ako ma-OT  i went to SLMC-BGC yesterday. Dr Jing F advised me again to have TVS para malaman ma-measure yung base nung myoma ko and para ma-determine kung laparoscopy ba talaga or laparotomy... sabi niya, laparoscopy and hysteroscopy with possibility of laparotomy yung gagawin sa akin. kinakabahan ako kasi parang ang dami ko ng incision naman nun. haha. at syempre yung gastos!

Sis chimponzi - under magna carta for women entitled ka for leave of up to 60days with pay,..hindi mababawasan ang leave credits mo sa company,..so as if pumapasok ka kahit nakaleave ka,..

As to SSS, maximum 6,750pesos lang pwede mo makuha,..kasi pag lap procedure 15 days lang allowed ni SSS,...

If laparotomy ka pwede umabot ng 27k makukuha mo sa sss kasi pag laparotomy 60days approved yun,..
