hi mga sis... anything about filinvest here! kumuha kase ako sa filinvest and I thinnk maganda sa kanila..

Depende sa project at location sis. D kasi ako nagagandahan sa may makati nila sa yakal st near cash n carry pero yun sa may BGC nagagandahan ako.

Of course magkaiba dahil yung isa e high end project nila. Kaya kahit naman sino siguro na developer e depende talaga sa project at location.

Bilang developer naman e matatag naman filinvest kaya d ka kakabahan kahit preselling pa ang bilhin mo.

Sa materials na ginagamit, maayos naman if ang reference ko yun project nila sa BGC. Yun h/l naman nila na nakita ko sa cavite (princeton?) mukhang hindi ok.

yung akin naman sis hindi naman siya high end, sa may tanz me nakakkuha... kumuha ka din ba sa filinvest?

I saw their subdivisions in the Commonwealth Avenue/Batasan area in Quezon City. Hindi ko nagustuhan yung houses nila. Parang substandard yung materials na ginamit. Even the higher-end units.

True parang substandard nga materials, ganun yun dating nung sa h/l sa Princeton mahal na rin yun h/l dun pero ganun hitsura. Mukha Lang naman d ako sure since wala naman ako h/l dun.

^mayroon ako kinuha sa Filinvest pero hindi h/l sis.

Sis, hindi ako kumuha. Na-turn off kasi ako. :/ But I have friends who live in Filinvest subdivisions. What their parents did were buy the lots, then sila na lang nagpatayo ng sarili nilang bahay.

Sis quitipierose, anong project ng filinvest na nakuha mo in Tanza? I live within one of the Filinvest communites, also in the same town. I got the unit for my parents. The overall construction of the unit is just okay. Its better that others I have seen din around from other developers.

hi sis tsinsey sa castillon homes nila.. parang pabahay lang ba nila pero maganda kase hindi sila mahigpit sa pag rerenovate ng house kahit anong gawin mong model sa haus is ok lang

sis nakaita ko nga yung gawa eh buhos talaga yung sa hollow blocks hindi sila gumagamit nung pader na gawa na.. kaya nagustuhan ko din

sis, kumuha din kami sa filinvest in tanza, pero lot lang. it's in pinesview. nagustuhan namin yung location kasi the subdivision is inside a bigger subdivision so mas safe kasi 2 guarded gates yung dadaan at ok din yung clubhouse nila. kakatapos lang naming bayaran yung downpayment.

dapat h/l kukunin namin pero nung nalaman namin na meron mga commercial lots, dun na lang kami since we can design our own house later on tapos pwede pang gawin commercial space.

mukhang ok naman yung mga model units nila, pero syempre model units yun, not the actual house.

sis tsinsey, where are you in tanza? wala kasi akong idea sa lugar. actually, medyo nalalayuan ako sa location ng pinesview pero di naman namin kaylangan malapit sa ncr, so ok na din.

sis tsinsey hi sa castillon homes kami kumuha nakakatuwa kase anf gamit nila yung usual na hollow blocks hindi yung parang condo na dinikit dikit lang... sa may gen tri siya pero much better if sa tanza-trece yung way papunta dun

hi sis andee_gurl hindi ko lang alam if sabi maganda naman daw mga condo ni filinvest. ako ginwa ko dun ako sa mga nakatira nagtanong eh.. ok naman yung feedback nila low cost housing man eh maganda naman daw yung gawa. kase mas maganda if makapag tanong ka dun sa mga taong dun mismo nkatira kase pag agent halatang sales eh. hehe
