Sis, I travelled with my nephew before. DSWD clearance lang ang pinakita ko sa IO dito sa Pinas. Sa HK, wala na.

Pagbaba ng Peak Lower Tram Terminus, you need to take bus or taxi going to ferry terminal.

Thanks sis! Anong bus yung sasakyan and dun ba mismo sasakay sa lower terminus? Ano pala yung ferry terminal malapit dun sa the peak?

^ not sure what bus number sis. Kasi kami, pagkalabas ng terminus, tumawid kami to nearest bus stop then nag-Causeway Bay pa muna kami, so yung bus na sinakyan namin was yung dadaan ng Sogo. Then after shopping, tsaka kami bus pa-Wanchai Ferry Terminal. Around sunset kami tumawid pa-TST.

^^Thanks! Plan ko mag bus from The Peak then Star Ferry going to Avenue of Stars.  Nalilito kasi ako dun sa mga nababasa ko.  May bus na ba dun sa the peak papunta sa star ferry or I need to go back to the lower terminus para makasakay ng bus papunta sa ferry?

Hi mga sis

We'll be in HK this coming dec 10. Sobrang excited na ako kasi kasama namin kids this time around. We'll be staying at Panda hotel. Tanong lang po, gaano ba kalayo yung MTR sa panda? like ilang minutes by foot? Ilang oras papunta Ocean park galing panda hotel? Plan sana namin magcommute lang going to Ocean park if kaya naman pero kung talagang malayo and mahihirapan kami with the kids magshuttle na lang siguro kami para mas convenient.

Eto pala itinerary namin. Feel free to suggest anything.

Day 1- Arrival at HK airport then transfer to Panda Hotel (mga 9pm dating namin)
Day 2- Ocean Park
Day 3- Disneyland then overnight at disney hotel
Day 4- Ferry to Macau, day tour (optional) Macau airport for exit (departure is 10pm)

Ma sis just landed yesterday here in Hk! Weather is like Baguio in February especially at night kaya ready with the sacarves.

We were supposed to buy our Octopus cards and disney tickets at CTS at the airport but our transfer coach is in a hurry kaya di ako nakabili.  CTS disney ticket is 410 for adults. After checking in ot our hotel in TST we went to TST MTR station to buy the octopus cards. I am travelling with my father (senior) mother, hubby, son (5 yr) and a lady cousin. I was able to buy tickets without them, if i knew this earlier i should have declared my mom as senior as well for they didint asked for identifications. Hehe

Next was to find GOLDEN CROWN, i got a bit lost, nasa along NATHAN RD lang pala, maliit ang sign nila. i was able to purchased Disney tickets with them even if i am not a guest. Disney tix adult, 410, child 300. They advised us to buy senior ticet for my father at disney which is at 100.

Big serving pala food dito lalo na rice parang 2 cups, di namin maubus. Nighttime we went to watch SOL, sa akin overrated siya, i was expecting too much. Hehe

I've read nearest MTR station from Panda is Tai wo hau, around 7-10 mins. walk. If may spare time kami at maisipang magMTR sana makita namin.. hehe weee.. may free shuttle ride naman pala. Thanks sis.

whoa! Ang lamig na pala ngayon. Nagchecheck din ako ng weather forecast from time to time para makapagready ako ng talagang dapat suotin.Sobrang lamigin pa naman ako. Kelangan ko pala magready ng thicker jacket. Gusto ko talaga malamig pero sana wag naman masyado Sakto lang!

^Nice dyan sa Panda Hotel kung di lang talaga malayo. May mall and grocery sa ibaba at kainan around the area. Sobrang sulit din yung free breakfast nila kasi ang dami talaga nila binibigay na congee and dimsum.

Mga sis, what do you think of this itinerary?

Day 1 - arrive at HK airport at 6pm. Check in at hotel/guesthouse
Day 2 - Ngong Ping/ Tian Tan Buddha 10-12nn, then Disneyland until fireworks
Day 3 - Nan Lian Garden, House of Wax/The Peak until dinner. Night market? where?
Day 4 - Shopping and Food trip! Temple St., Stanley and Ladies Market in Mongkok. Citygate in Tung Chung?
          - Avenue of Stars, SOL and Aqua Luna at night
Day 5 - Check out hotel in the morning, ferry to Macau for whole day tour. Depart via Macau airport at 10pm.

Traveling with a friend. Not interested in OP. DIY lang kami so MTR and bus ride galore.

Based on this itinerary which area kami dapat hanap ng accommodation?

What time earliest ferry to Macau?

Ano pa pwede gawin on Day 4? OK ba combination ng tourist spots or magkakalayo yan?

skip naming pila kasi nga me tiket na kami  sa Ngong PIng

whew malamig na pala sa Hk, in two weeks time nasa HK kami more on food trip and shoping na lang
and enjoying the winter

@sis prettymamie, sis me times na grabe ang lamig sa HK, last 2009, bubble  jacket na yung suot ko with matching scarves and boots pero grabe pa din ang lamig, nung 2011 naman carry ko pa
I just hope this coming december e sakto lang ang lamig though yun ang fave ko sa Hk during dec the weather
