Hi mga sis. We were in Hong Kong from Nov. 11 - 14, wala naman kaming naencounter na untoward incidents regarding being Filipinos, madami din Pinoy on tour kasi nakasabay namin sa Peak and Disneyland. May Chinese pa nga tumulong sa MIL ko mag tap ng Octopus Card, then tinanong nya if from Manila kami and kung hindi masyadong affected ang Manila sa Typhoon. I think yung mga simpleng mamayan dun hindi na ganon ka affected about the issue.

will be staying in Central for my trip next week, coming from hkia, what bus po sasakyan ko? i used to stay in Nathan Road, TST wherein bus A21 sinakyan ko papunta and N21 naman nung pabalik, same bus pa rin po ba if sa Central baba? or may direchong train po ba na sa Central MTR Station baba?

^sis omneecka, not familiar with the bus route going to central. When we stayed at Causeway Bay last year, we took the Airport Express, meron na syang station sa Central mismo. IFC mall mismo yung station.

yikee, I just got back this morning from HK. Wala naman visa requirement pa as I speak. I was there Nov 14-17. Mala Baguio lamig lang (meron isang day na tamang heat/cold lang). Pag humahangin doon lang malamig. Scarf lang pang lamig ko. Some people are wearing sweaters. Meron nga iba naka bubble jacket pa hahaha

Sooobrang daming tao sa Causeway Bay nung Saturday. I guess every weekend ganito.

We dined once at Al Molo sa may Ocean Terminal sa TST. Sunset para may view. Yung pizza lang (Margherita) ang nasulit namin. We ordered the King Prawn and Seafood pasta pero super alat pareho. And one time sa Cafe de Coral. Usual ko na kasi ito dahil mura and para sa akin masarap naman.

Yung cashier lady sa Wellcome (Grocery) hindi marunong mag English. Hindi ko nagets na hindi pala sila nagproprovide ng bag sa mga pinamili mo. Namili pa man din ako ng canned goods

rychel07, hindi naman ako naka experience ng any discrimination at all from the locals or from anyone during my recent stay

aaetfelipe, kung ako hindi ko keri mag dress alone during those dates. Pero kung on top of that ay may pang lamig ka, that will do. And baka iba din tolerance mo sa lamig.

Arriving sa HK ng June 15, 7:10PM, so kinabukasan na yun gala namin. I believe Disneyland and Oceanpark are whole day tour so mga June 16 and 17 namin gagawin yun. How about kaya yun iba. By the way meron kami kasama na 9 yr old and ang alis namin sa HK is on June 18 is 7:30PM pa. TIA sisses.

Disneyland kung halfday ka pwede mo mapuntahan yung g,h & i. However, hindi mo naman maabutan yung parade. I'm not sure but maaga nagsasara ang Museums.

Tapos I think kulang ang half-day sa Ocean Park kasi sobrang laki siya.

Then sa 3rd niyo, kung 730 ang alis niyo dapat nasa airport na kayo ng by 500-530?

So siguro prioritize niyo na lang kung ano ang mga gusto niyong puntahan muna.

^Magkalayo masyado ang Ngong Ping (Buddha) at The Peak. Mas malapit si Disneyland kay Ngong Ping.

I wouldn't suggest na magka-sunod ang DL and OP lalo't whole day dahil pagod kayo nyan for sure.

Sis closed na po yung Wing Hoi sa Mirador Mansion, pero may pumalit na halos same din naman yung exchange rate. Or kaya sa Worldwide House sa Central.

Sis omneecka you can ride A11 or E11 from airport to central, from airport 5th stop sya. Pero kung takot ka magkamali ng baba mag airport express ka na lang... San ka ba sa central mag stay?

Honestly, Usually hindi kaya ang 2 magkasunod na amusement park.  We were supposed to that last June pero sobrang pagod sa DL hindi na kami natuloy sa OP the next day. But siguro kung kaya ng powers niyo. Go.

Siguro Golden Buddha na lang kayo sa last day since malapit siya sa airport. I think pwede niyo iwan yung luaggage niyo sa Citygate Outlet dahil may lockers dun.

Mga Sis who have been to HK this past days or those who are there. I originally planned to bring HKD
on our trip next week, but when i called the bank they were sellng it for php 7 to 1 hkd. If i just bring pesos, how much is the rate nowadays to hkd if i convert it there. Thanks
