I just ordered from KB sa mismong website nila online, they have this new product KB Rose Hips. Vitamin C capsules. 500mg and 100 capsules per bottle. Only for 900, pero binigay lang sakin ng 800 nung seller. Maganda kaya itong i-take with oral gluta? instead of sodium ascorbate or ascorbic acid?

i tanned and my old skin color didnt go back so my derma suggested to try gluthatione capsules, he gave me optimale 1050mg. anybody tried this? and why are there some brands where you have to drink vit c pa?

Really sis 1050mg? How much? Saan pwede makabili? I'm from Davao pala

i got it from my derma, davo co. not sure if it is available OTC. he recommends two brands, optimale and another japanese one that i forgot and it's supposed to be good.

Ilan ba dapat i-take na capsule ng gluta at ilang vitamin C?

- Yung met lang ang available sa Mercury / Watson
- Depende sis, merong 2x a day meron 3x a day.
- Yes kahit anong vit.c. Kahit generic

sa mercury, may brand din na Glutawhite, accdg sa isa kong friend, pumuti daw siya dun pero sa 500mg. HIndi ko pa natry yung Glutawhite, ang natry ko pa lang yung ph338 and tat

I've read somewhere here sa girltalk na nakakapayat daw ang KB gluta, is it true? I mean I don't want to gain weight while taking gluta like sa feedback nila on ph338, tathion307. Please confirm, I want to be sure which one to take. Thanks.

Mga sis, nakakaputi ba to ng dark outer lips? Di naman ako kaitiman pero and dark kasi ng outer lips ko. Nakakadistract eh.

Mga sis,ok lang ba magtake ng gluta with placenta together with oral contraceptive pill?diba yung placenta hormones din yun?hindi kaya mawalan ng effect yung contraceptive pill?
