good morning. Not sure if this is the right thread to ask but I'm travelling in October with my baby.. the father and I are together but not yet married. My baby is using his last name. Hindi kasi namin siya kasama mag travel. Do I need papers to show the immigration na inaallow ni partner na sumama sa akin si baby? This is for a 4 days vaca lang naman.

Hello! I will be going to HK this end of January 2014. And then, I am also visiting Malaysia,SG, Thailand and Cambodia this end of February. Will the immigration people find something wrong with it because of the close proximity of my travels? I am a govt employee with complete papers (leave form, hotel booking, itinerary, company ID, plane ticket round trip etc) kaya lang I am not yet a regular employee (contractual). But I have two bank accounts naman under my name with around 150 K php. Tapos meron din sa parents ko (im single and aged 23). Please advice. Both for travels lang ang gagawin ko, I have no sponsor or such. Yung travel ko to HK is 8 days lang and sa Malaysia- Cambodia is around 20 days. Tapos solo travel lang. Please help! Thank you!

^first time traveller ka?? if so you need to secure docs like certificate ng leave, employment, i.d tapos derecho ka sumagot dapat.. higher risk ang solo tapos first time travellers

wala nabanggit sa case na tulad sayo na dala na ng kid yung father's name pero being the mother hindi na kailangan… pero double check mo din..

We're flying from Clark to Hong Kong . Almost 30 kami na aalis, my mom and her co-teachers with their families. Should I declare na ganun kami kadami, since iisa lang flight details namin (returning from Macau to Manila) at accommodation. Kasi in case ma tanong sino kasama ko, pwede ko ba sabihin sis ko and mom ko lang in particular? Issue kaya un sa mga immigration officer?

Ask ko lang, those who's going to US with tourist visa, hinahanapan ba agad sa counter and immigration na Roundtrip ticket?

^Depende din sis. My experience hindi na ako hinahanapan na both by the PH and US IOs. Probably kasi they have a record of my travel history. But it is a requirement ha kaya have either a hard or soft copy with you.

Hi sis yup prepare/secure mo na lahat ng docs, para less hassle. Mahigpit sila lalo na pag first time traveler and alone, depende sa matatapatan mo n IO. Goodluck on your trip sis

^ based on my experience, walang hinanap na any document, both sa PH and US immigration. JFK point of entry namin. Wala din tanong yung PH IO. Sa US IO, halos wala din tanong. Small talk lang, kung ready daw kami sa super cold weather paglabas namin ng airport, hehe.. But back to your concern, I believe kelangan meron kang RT air tickets na nakahanda, to support your being a tourist, in case hanapan ka. Pag wala ka mapakita, IO might think na wala ka balak umuwi.

my first travel nung 2012 to BKK, walang tinanong sa akin yung IO. Pero nadinig ko yung before me, maraming tanong.

my second travel to BKK on April 2013, sa Clark Airport, andaming tanong sa akin pero parang naglalandian lang kami nung IO kaya tumagal. LOL.

my 3rd travel, I was going to SG for a business trip. At dahil sa BKK ako nagrenew ng passport maraming tanong sa akin. Hiningi din sa aking yung old passport ko, yung invitation ko for the expo i was going to attend, tickets ko, ID etc. Lahat ng hiningi nia, nabigay ko naman.

I make it to a point to smile at them first and then greet them and say thank you after the stamping.

Sana ngayon, with the stricter BI implementation pag allow mag travel, sana hindi naman masyadong pasakit lalo na sa mga freelancers.

^Aside from your RT air tickets, pocket money, credit card/s, hotel vouchers/booking confirmation (pre-paid or not), transport tickets (if going to other places from point of destination). Basta anything that will show that you have the capacity to finance your vacation hindi yung tipong pagdating mo sa pupuntahan mo eh manlilimos ka or maghahanapbuhay.

anong proof ba ang dapat dalhin? magbabakasyon ka lang abroad , dadalhin mo pa bank statements, land titles, business permit mo??? ganon ba?

what if kasama ko ang yaya ng baby ko at wala namang maipakitang proof of financial capability? ano dapat gawin para mapatunayan na hindi tatakas si yaya abroad? may chance ma offload siya sa eroplano?

malaking kalokohan naman ito.

There's nothing to be concerned about this memo of the Phil. IO if your intentions are really to tour the places you will be visiting at hindi para magtrabaho. This memo is targeting mga would-be tourist workers.

I just cleared immigrations a few minutes ago and walang tanong-tanong sa akin or my husband. Bigay ng passport, tatak, sabay goodbye!

mama squeak, nakita ko sa instagram ni karen davila, pag yaya daw magttravel , need pa ng Overseas Employment Certificate.

strict ba talaga sila pag dating sa yaya??

nakabook na kasi ako 2 trips w/ yaya. baka naman ma hassle buong trip namin.
