^Yes, it's Naturewise. I got it from OLX too, mga 800 ang patong niya sa published price ng Amazon. May discount and free shipping na yun. Mahal pa rin, but I figured it was just a trial bottle. And if I liked the effects, that's when I'll order straight from Amazon.

Which is what I'll be doing because so far, I've lost about 6 pounds since I started taking this a month ago (my target weight loss is 15 pounds). I started with taking one pill before meals and worked my way up to taking two 30 minutes to 2 hours before meals. I coupled it with a not-so-strict primal (low carb/high fat) diet and no exercise whatsoever because I ain't got time for that! My only exercise is the mommy routine, only walking while doing all my errands, and taking the dogs for a walk.

I got a little light-headed the first day I took garcinia cambogia, but it was gone the next day. I didn't feel the extra boost of energy some of the reviewers on Amazon reported getting. The suppressed appetite, I started noticing that on the third day. When I got into the groove, I found it much, much easier to stay away from carbs and sugar, and to stick to a few bites of all the delicious holiday food. That was very difficult for me before -- I never turn down food family has prepared for me, lest I risk hurting their feelings!

My weight loss doesn't sound like a whole lot (I've lost the same weight just through plain diet and exercise before), but I measured that I lost more in inches. My clothes definitely fit better and I think my facial bones look a little sharper. Hehe. My post-preg abdomen is still the same, but, hey, I'll take what I can get.

Overall, I like the appetite suppressing aspect of garcinia cambogia. It helps in forming healthier eating habits, which is what you need anyway to permanently keep weight off.

Im taking GC since last year that i bought from SnR. When I bought it last year sinabay ko sa no rice diet ko, just taking one capsule once a day, before breakfast. Naglose ako ng one size so tinigil ko muna ang GC. Tamang tama na Christmas kaya nawala na rin ang no rice. Surprisingly hindi naman ako nag-gain ng weight. This january, I resumed yung GC (yung natira ko pang capsules from my previous GC bottle) taking it once a day also. Pero with rice na rin ako. Heto maintained pa rin and weight so it helps talaga manage the weight.

^appetite suppressant ang GC but best to compliment it with diet and exercise. inuubos ko na lang yung natirang GC ko and I might look for other brands kasi wala na yung GC sa SNR the last time I was there.

Hello..i'm newbie here.. Share ko lang, ang GC,hiyangan po yan depende po yan sa brand ng GC.. Wala pong sinabi sa description na Loss Weight Fast..kundi padahan-dahan po yan na papayat ka nakapag-reduced po sya ng cravings like sweet,coke/soda and etc..lagi ka busog nyan buong araw. Lagi water iniinom ko..16-days pa lang ako nakainom pero yung tummy ko padahan-dahan sya nag-flat napansin ako agad ni hubby ko na pumayat raw ako hehe..sabi ko sa kanya na,dahil sa GC hiyang po ako..yung diet supplement [textspeak!] sa japan di po effective.Kaya nag-try ako sa GC..

Im taking gc dietworks brand pinabili ko sa costco from 145lbs my heaviest., now 117-118 nalang underweight na daw yun kc 5"5 height ko kaya on and off inom ko  winner sya makapag pa reduced ng cravings

I am currently trying a different brand of garcinia cambogia, and mariyuki1110 is right, hiyangan nga. I don't like this new one -- doesn't really do anything for my appetite and if it does, it leaves this burning hole in my stomach. I kind of wish I didn't sell my extra Naturewise bottle to a GT sis here. Haha, you know you who are!
