If what my twitter friend sent me was not a spam she said she lost 10 lbs thanks to garcinia. I got intrigued right away and search and I found out that a lot of other brand manufacturer this new hype! So beware when searching for the original that Dr Oz introduced.  I am also planning to order online heheh..I hope this one will work for me.

I've been meaning to buy one too kaya lang I don't know which brand to choose.    Kasi sabi madami na daw mga fake na nagkalat after it was highlighted by Dr. Oz.

I saw someone posted in Sulit that they've been selling these stuff long before Dr. Oz's approval, kaya lang parang di sya pure.  I forgot the brand na eh, pero BFAD approved daw sya at manufactured in US naman.

kung hindi ako nagkakamali sa pagkaintindi ko, matagal na yang ingredient na yan and can be found in some fat burners brands as Hydrocitric Acid or HCA.

and hindi porket approved sa BFAD ng US ay okay na. sometimes US is lagging behind other countries. example lang yung Ma Huang. dati okay sa US pero Banned na siya sa Canada, Aus, SG, NZ... it took years before the US banned it. so just be aware.

Available na sya sa GNC dito sa Aus, baka dyan sa pinas meron na rin. It's called Garcinia Cambogia 800mg when I saw it in store. Not sure if it's really effective.

my best friend's bakarda lost 5kg in one month alone. exercise and no sugar (starches included) diet, and Garcinia Cambogia

matagal na yang herb na yan commonly found in fat burners as HCA.

like fat burners, may taong nagsasabi wala raw effect. yung iba naman meron daw.

sure way of losing  a few kgs in a month without really trying is limit or bring down to zero starchy foods.  sometimes starchy foods give more "sugar" than soft drinks.
