^i stopped na from taking collagen powder.. feeling ko it is not worth it for the price and very minimal effect.

I also agree. Better take vegetables, fruits and fish. Kahit nga yung placenta doesn't have any great effect on me.

meiji collagen powder hindi nakaka pimples.. pero tama naman sila lovely_chic mas ok pa din kung healthy diet hehe

Indeed. Healthy lifestyle ang nasa top list dapat. Just like an effective skincare is more important than finding a great makeup.

But i still take collagen powders because it actually has an effect on me. Ofcourse it isnt a breathtakingly out there effect but i can easily see the difference when i stopped taking it. Mga ilang months din akong hindi nagcollagen and kapansin pansin talaga ang changes like sa moisture ng skin, pagkapit ng foundation or yung plump-ness etc.

Paubos na ulit meiji premium ko, nag order ako ng shiseido just to try it out kasi OS yung meiji sa usual naninoorderan ko.

I just look into it this way, people take in supplements or vitamins pero they still get sick. Does that mean walang kwenta mag take nito? Sometimes yes kung hindi talaga fit sa need ng body mo.

Parang bonus nalang mga supplements, to aid or boost the healthy lifestyle we strive to do. Kahit kasi veggies and fruits ngayon we are not entirely sure if it has the vitamins and minerals that they are suppose to have.

I just hoarded Hada Labo lotion: SHA, whitening, and with retinol. Bakit kasi wala dito e? Nakabili ako sa Jakarta at sa Singapore. Mas mura di hamak sa sellers dito.

Gustong gusto ko ang effect nito sa skin ko. I use it the Chizu Saeki-way: as a lotion mask. I leave it on my face for about 5 minutes. Pag tanggal, ayun, very moist and soft, and ready for my other products.

Is this by the brand Sana? I was in Watson's Robinsons Manila yesterday at meron sila nito. May skincare items din. Try ko nga.
