Premium or regular? if hindi ka hiyang after 3 months better switch na. 3 months is more than enough to test a product. right?

ako i drink it with anything available.
But since nagcut down kami on sugar, lemon and tea nalang kami sa haus. Try mixing it with your juicing siguro but bawasan yung sugary fruits siguro?
BTW I'll wait for your update sa fracora effects hehe.

sis google mo "AGE" or advanced glycation end product and sugar this is what happens kung mataas sugar mo. Sugar breaks down elastin and collagen eh. I have a sweet tooth pa naman.. pero sige fine.. :/

^hay i dunno how else i will drink my meiji premium other than mixing it with coffee. It's not too sweet naman and i add more water din. Is that enough? I am not into sweetd too kaso the fact the coffe has sugar (sa office meron kameng vendo ng nescafe with different flavors and thats what i drink) makes me think twice na about mixing it with collagen

Medyo maarte pa man din ako sa lasa and coffee lang yung feeling ko na can mask the real taste of collagen powder

^ yan din problema ko that's why I chose to drink fracora for now while pinagisipan ko muna where to mix it. pero sis if di mo ma.let go si coffee, parang the collagen makes it healthier naman. Pero if you dont drink coffee and you're just taking it for the sake of collagen, then...

Pero I guess little collagen intake is better than none at all.. that is, if it really works..

^for me lasa siyang energy drink.. like lipovitan yung sweet na mejo malapot.. pero keri lang naman, sinusundan ko lang water wala naman aftertaste.

The fracora drink.. I dont.. know how to describe it.. it's not a pleasant flavor..but its not bad. It has tones of fruit and sweetness pero.. it's not a pleasant taste. It's not a drink I would crave drinking. Maybe thats to deter me from overdosing lol. It's like a weird, bitter undescribable taste with a consistent hint of sweetness and fruit.. not sure if orange or mango. lol. feels like a thick syrup too

have no idea what the contents are though lol

Super mura pala ng hadalabo and kpalette sa japan. As in cheap. Nagpabili kami sa friend ng sister ko. Like 2x- 3x ang price dito pala

^ true sis but why doesnt anyone talk about it? I remembet waaay back 2011 na my friend used it for one month, sabi niya daw wa epek but for me.. namumutla talaga sya.
still remember it even til now.
