started taking pure white shiseido and dhc collagen tabs. nag palpitate ako, i stopped using it since nahihirapan akong huminga. 5 tablets pa lang na take ko. sayang talaga di ko na magamit. bought it from a friend sa japan. kakainis, hindi ako hiyang. pero ang ganda ng effect sa skin ko, in fairness. maybe i will switch to mosbeau

hi mga sis. update ko lang, i am taking the shiseido pure white tabs again,kaya pala ako nag palpitate kasi i am taking so many tablets, last week kasi i had colds and flu (fever) and i took it together with my meds kaya i had palpitations. i consulted our family doctor and he said it is not advisable to take the meds together with beauty supplements. kaya i stopped muna. so, now that i am okay, i began taking it again, 2tablets 3x a day, with the dhc collagen tabs. okay naman. maganda skin ko.haha. especially sa face, glowing talaga.haha. .

i've only tried whisis and ph338. parehong effective ph338 is my go-to gluta, super effective ang ganda ng skin ko dati jan...pero ayoko na pumuti ngayon eh. i'm loving my tan. yung whisis nakaka-lighten ng dark spots even sa groin area.

gusto ko ulit magbalik loob sa japanese skin supplements but i still don't know what to get.

Dry ang skin ko but sensitive. Best combo for me is ph338 + Whisis + DHC Nameraka.

Sis cream_puff what's the effect ng ganitong combi? Before kasi I tried ph338+ Fancl ALA+vit c and I really liked the effect on my skin. My friends are praising my pinkish white glow, problem ko lang is pag outdoor lang ako maputi, pag may araw ganon..sa loob ng bahay feeling ko hindi pa rin. parang brown pa rin. Hehe. Do you take separate Vit c for this or enough na for you yung vit c from Whisis? I'm on Tat307 now. Papalit-palit lang yung gluta ko actually between ph338 and Tat307. Thinking of trying your combo ang pricey din pala teehee!

Double nga ang price ng hada labo dito, 850 yen lang yung hada labo whitening lotion so 425 pesos lang..

Greentea matcha. Super love this as a drink after meal and flavor sa cake and icecream. I don't constipate anymore and gradual i can see nag lose weight ako.

i love KB products, especially their collagen tablets. I already finished one bottle of 30s, 3x a day kong tinetake. Bongga, kahit wala akong make-up at baby powder ang fresh looking parin nang face ko. I want to know kung from Japan ba talaga products nila. Yumei Mise company name yata nila eh.

ashley_afiah: I used cezanne powder foundation. Okay naman siya. I wouldn't say it is the best out there. I also use yung duo cheek blush nila. Maganda yung highlighter part nung blush and the blush itself. Sabi kasi nila cezanne is targeted for older women. Pero okay naman mga products na natry ko from them.

5 days na akong umiinom ng meiji amino collagen. wala pa naman akong nakikitang changes sa face ko siguro dahil kakastart ko pa lang.
