Sis gustong gusto ko itry yung ph338 kaso takot akong lumakas ang kain ko kasi matakaw na ako ngayon eh, how about you? Hindi kaba nag gain? Or nag grabe ang appetite? Itatanong ko din sana kung ok lang ba na sabayan ng appetite suppresant yung ph338 para iwas tumaba.. Hindi kaya maka apekto sa effect ng ph338... Hindi kona talaga alam ittry ko kung MET or ph 338

Update ako sa meiji premium collagen,
Maganda siya nakakaloka haha kahapon first time kong lumabas ng bahay ulit after almost 2weeks pero almost one week palang ako umiinom nito, pero kita ko sa salamin sa mall super glowing ang skin ko, maputi na ako pero alam naman natin na iba pa din kapag may glow... Tapos kita ko legs ko makintab eh parang nababanat suya basta ganon lol natuwa lang ako hehe sana mas gumanda pa effect after ilang weeks takot ako sa nabasa kong blog eh na sa ika 3rd week may possibility na mag break out huhu sana hindi naman.

^ Actually sis, glutathione in general ay medyo nakakagana talaga. Although with ph338, hindi ko naman gaano napansin na gumana akong kumain. Ang napansin ko na lumakas akong kumain is when taking Ishi. Althouh di naman Jap brand yun, hehe. Hindi ko lang alam kung anong effect if sabay mag-take ng glutathione and slimming pills.

Hi sis. I checked your post with the pics and hindi iyon iyong nasa Cosme list na sunblock. Iyong nasa list is itong http://www.kao.co.jp/biore/sarasarauv/product/index.html#aqua03. Iyong sinasabi ko is iyong sky blue ang kulay ng bottle tapos may #1 at may crown. I think the one you bought is iyong nasa baba, iyong Watery Mousse. I am presently using the one above (sky blue bottle) and so far no breakouts naman. Andami ko na rin na try na sunblocks at iyong iba is ang hirap iblend sa mukha. Iyong parang ang kapal pero ito parang wala lang. Hindi ko pa na try kung may white cast effect though.

I'm using TLS Original and Hada Labo lotion (white one).  I love this combi and the result day by day.. super dry kasi ako pero my skin feel comfortable when I use these two prods. so happy i found them!

Akala ko hindi nila isasabay kasi akala ko hair color muna then collagen treatment pero sinabay nila. Meron din Collagen Straight at Collagen Perm. Iyong Collagen Treatment is mga around 2,500 pesos. In fairness sabi ni hubby gumanda daw ang buhok ko parang numipis rin sabi nya.

ganun sis. i'll finish na lang this pure white w and switch to mosbeau or fancl white advance. sis, may mas madaling pumuti daw kesa sa meiji amino collagen powder -- the liquid form, in bottles. 1 bottle is 50 ml good for 3 days.

started taking pure white shiseido and dhc collagen tabs. nag palpitate ako, i stopped using it since nahihirapan akong huminga. 5 tablets pa lang na take ko. sayang talaga di ko na magamit. bought it from a friend sa japan. kakainis, hindi ako hiyang. pero ang ganda ng effect sa skin ko, in fairness. maybe i will switch to mosbeau
