Has anyone tried tablets, jelly or powder collagen from japan here? I don't know kasi kung ano mas effective.

^ I've tried DHC collagen, Shiseido collagen (both tablets) and Meiji powder collagen. For me sis, mas okay yung powder collagen. Mas maganda effect sakin. Kaya lang ako hindi ko gaano gusto yung taste. Mild lang naman, parang milky, yun lang I don't drink milk. Hehe. Kaya mas madali for me i-take ang tablets. Pero sa effectivity, I'd say better ang powder.

Na try ko na iyong jelly but I can't remember kung anong brand eh. Hindi ko rin napansin masyado ang effectivity. Ang nakita ko talaga ang result is iyong sa powder. Parang mas naging energetic ako sa powder.

^ Meiji Premium (with hyaluronic yata yun) and Meiji regular.

honeybunny, natry ko na si cure nature agua gel. Hindi ko na inubos kasi feeling ko yung peeling effect niya ay galing lang sa gel. Yung friction from rubbing ata ang nagca-cause ng smooth effect. But I suggest you to try first at baka naman iba ang effect sa iyo. You might like it and be satisfied with the results.

Parang ang ganda. Yung concern ko talaga ay scars and other discolorations, and I wouldn't mind getting fairer skin. Magtatanong-tanong na lang muna ako, haha. x)

^sis may nabasa akong reviews ng fancl white advance na tabs magaganda naman. yung friend ko kase gumamit ng purewhite without significant improvement sa skin nya naka 2 bottles na sya eh 1 bottle cost 2300 na ata ang pinakamura kaya i opted nalang iv gluta hahaha kasing presyio lang though i'm eyeing padin don sa mga oral whitening supplements di naman ako makapamili kung ano uumpisahan hahaha. sabi nila met isa maganda din daw pricey lang din. waahh help naman ano ba gagawin ko LOL hahaha

Ako mga sis nabasa ko namansa kabila g thread yung ph338 yata yun oral gluta from japan din baka yun ang subukan ko soon, mabilis daw effect eh. Buti nalang hindi ako napabili ng purewhite hehe mukhang mabagal effect... Tapos baka mag try ako ng fracora placenta tablets check nyo album n japanichi nasa cosme din siya eh kaya mukhang maganda. Pansin ko kasi yung mga awarded by cosme mukha talagang effective mas mahal lang talaga.

To those who want to try out the supplements, here's a roster of the supplements I've tried. I can't comment in general kasi iba iba tayo ng preferences but I'll try to give an objective review based in my experience

* Purewhite - Yung version ngayon which is Purewhite W is the third version yata. First one is Purewhite lang. 9 tablets a day pero parang ph338 siya, parang candy na smooth ang shell. Then Purewhite Ex, naging 6 tablets a day na lang siya but iba na yung tablet, powdery na siya, parang ordinary tablet. Then the Purewhite W, back to 9 tablets but retained the tablet texture. As for the effect, pinakamaganda for me is yung Ex. Hiyang talaga ako, glowing ang skin. Yung W kasi nag-break out ako and hindi gaano significant ang results. Naka-2 bottles lang ako, di ko na inulit. Walang naging change sa skin.

* Whisis -  Very effective siya with lightening discolorations, freckles, melasma. Kung sa whitening, mas nakakawhiten din siya than Purewhite. Kaya lang medyo nakakadehydrate, parang nagddry ang skin. You have to drink lots of water when taking this.

* Shiseido Collagen - First version is Collagen Update. Latest version is The Collagen. Para sa akin, walang effect hehe. Siguro because I'm relatively young to replenish collagen? But wala ko napansin na changes when taking this.

* DHC Placenta - Nakakasmoothen ng skin kaya lang nag-breakout din ako dito. Pero smooth and glowing ang skin when taking this.

* DHC Collagen - Ito ang walang effect, hehe.

* DHC Nameraka Smooth - This is the best DHC supplement I've tried. It really smoothens skin and glowing din skin ko with this. Nakaka-oily din ng skin, which is good for me kasi dry skin ako.

* Meiji Collagen Powder with Hyaluronic Acid - Smoothens skin and makes skin supple.

* ph338 - My HG glutathione pills. This is the best brand for me talaga. Mabilis ang effect and maganda quality ng whitening, smooth and creamy ang skin.

* Fancl White - I got this as freebie lang, may trial pack sila before. Parang wala naman effect sakin, siguro because hindi naman full-term ang gamit ko. But napansin ko parang medyo dry ang skin when taking this.

Dry ang skin ko but sensitive. Best combo for me is ph338 + Whisis + DHC Nameraka.

Pag may naalala pa ako, idagdag ko.
