Hi sisses,
Planning to visit Batanes by January. how's the weather, malamig ba or maulan during January? Thinking to go there to celebrate Wedding Anniversary. Or maybe bring our kid, but wala atang masyado activities for kids sa Batanes?

I was also there sa travelmart 1st day kaso hapon na ako pumunta dun after ofis. di na umabot coz they have quota. tapos ang available travel dates accdg to the guy na nakausap ko eh Jul - Nov 2016 and airfare cost 2k++ two way na yun. Haaaay. I really want batanes talaga. sigh! kelan kaya ako makaka tyempo ng murang fare.

Sis maein, nakakainis. okey na yang 2K roundtrip. yung babae na nag-assist sa akin wala mahanap na 2k RT. ang binibigay niya sa akin 4.8k RT. Marami nagsasabi na mas maganda nga magpabook dun sa guy kasi talagang ihahanap ka niya na mas cheaper na airfare. aga ko rin nagpunta dun sa travelmart. umaga nandun na ako at ang haba ng pila.

maaga rin ako nagpunta sa travel mart nng first day to buy tickets for batanes sana. hindi ko nakita ang skyjet.hehe. sayang!

^^sis kookai hmmm kung 4,8k siguro pwede na sa akin considering na one way palang eh 7k++ regular rate. sabagay kung may mas imumura pa ba eh bakit hindi hehe, Naku ang aga mo nga talaga.  haaay i really want batanes. sayang talaga.

Sis I went there last January lang and malamig. Winter months daw nila yun according sa mga Ivatans. Lamig like Tagaytay pag December at mahangin. As for weather, nung una kong punta di maka land yung plane ng PAL dahil cloudy at maulan, tho twice nag try ang pilot di niya kinaya kaya bumalik kami Manila. 2 days after nag try ulit ako pumunta Batanes and maganda na ang weather. Clear blue skies etc. Unpredicatable ang weather sa months na yun. Kaya acording sa mga taga Batanes, ok daw for tourists kapag summer months pa rin.

We are staying this coming Jan. at Bernardo's. May aircon doon sis.

Wala bang hotels pa dito? Planning on a honeymoon din pero gusto sana namin 4star or 5star sana kaso mukhang puro lodge pa lang??

^December-February para malamig. Okay din naman until May pero pag summer, mas mainit daw dun. Basta wag lang rainy season.

Hi sis, minimum of Fundacion Pacita is 9k per night with a minimum of two nights.

^oh ok.. Nagstay kaba ba dun sis? Looking at 5nights or more kame ni hubby pero wedding namen is March so kung best time to go eh Dec-Feb magaantay pa pala kame. Hehe!

Haven't stayed there but I've already been there and I have booked 2 nights next year. Para sakin if you can afford the place naman then it's very very very (very) worth it if ocean view ang room.

Dec to February is cold in Batanes. We went there August, there was rain shower, nothing serious. We also went February which I think is a good month as well. Summer is great kasi sure na hindi maulan but I think brown yung grass during those months. Sis, ok lang ang August for me and they said October is good rin. Wag lang sa mga maulan na months.

^ Hi sis, mid April kasi it's my wedding hehe. Will need to go back there in the next few months rin for taste testing sa caterer which is Fundacion Pacita rin. The last time I talked with Patsy Abad, they are planning to renovate the main house. Siguro dadagdagan ng rooms. They moved the restaurant outside the main house.
