Mga sis you may want to go to travel madness expo from July 4-6. PAL offers cheap tickets for as low as 3,123 php all in fare RT!

I'd not recommend going to Batanes in December. It was cloudy and raining the whole 4 nights we were there. And no promo fares.

missythel - ako di ko alam, Sinabi lang ni Ate Fe nun nagpapareserve ako ng room. Sayang daw at di pa umabot. I think summer months are the best for Itbayat, that is 2~3hrs boat ride din mas maganda di maalon. Medyo pricey yun plane, I think that is 1.8k/way. Let's go back next year!

anyone going to batanes next month? will be there aug 8-12.. praying sana cooperative ang weather. booked it through PAL promo kasi. wala pa ko naayos na it. now pa lang ako mgstart back read.. mahirap ba magDIY tour dun? parang mga naririnig ko laging tour package kasi.

^sis ang inspiring ng breakdown ng expenses niyo ng friend mo. so amazing! ill keep it as an inspiration and guide. Gagayahin na din kita. dalawa lang din kami ni hubby, first time na kaming dalawa lang without our travel buddies. Hindi kasi ako fan ng mga package tour. I always arrange our travels na DIY. sana maachieve namin yung naachieve niyo.

this is our dream honeymoon destination, pero abangers din kami sa seat sale. Hindi kaya ng budget ang regular plane ticket. December ang wedding namin pero hindi na kami umaasa na makatravel that time. Sana magkaroon na ang travel date ay February 2015 para birthday month din ni hubby.

^ As I have posted earlier, PAL had an INDEPENDENCE Sale wherein Basco RT cost 2.5K only for 2015 1st Quarter travel period, just keep on looking/checking sis. Magkakapromo yan ulit!

^thanks sis, ill check crisan lodge din. inspiring naman ang 5k expense mo. Hindi ko na kakayanin iachieve yun kasi medyo mahal ang airfare ko. Last April 2014 lang kasi ako nagbook, roughly 3k na ang RT ticket.

I called Marfels and able to talk to Ate Fe. Ang fan room na sinabing rate sakin is 400php. namamahalan pa ako. yun na daw yung discounted dahil off peak, 500 daw pag peak season. I asked weather dun kasi budget travel lang kung kakayanin naman fan room lang. Kaso mainit daw dun. Sabi niya summer daw sa Batanes covered pa ang June to August.

^Naku, don't rely on others to alert you on seat sales.  Kung malalaman mo pa sa iba, then 90% of the time, you're already too late.

You have to be proactive.  Follow PAL and Skyjet in FB and Twitter.  Check regularly.  Sa ganyang paraan ka lang makaka-una.

Isa to sa places on my wishlist.  Hopefully I'll be able to visit soon.  Ang ganda-ganda e, tapos fresh air, surrounded by nature ka, ang peaceful.  Sana lang wag maging commercial ang Batanes, baka mawala ang charm niya.

^korek sis. its best to visit Batanes now habang hindi pa commercialized. We were there early this month, good thing nag-cooperate ang weather. Although windy, hindi naman kami inulan. When I saw the place with my own two eyes, iba. hindi kayang ijustify ng mga pictures ang ganda niya. Jaw dropping!

^Actually, it's already a bit more commercialized now than, say, just 3 years ago.  Commercialization in itself isn't all that bad as long as it is carefully controlled.  Sa tingin ko naman hindi pa out of control ang commercialization sa Batanes.

5K lang ang nagastos namin sis nung June 4D3N din kami. 5 kami kaya mas mura Kasya na yang budget nyo per pax, sobra pa nga kung hindi kayo masyado magastos dun.

I was able to get tickets via PAL for June 1 to 5 2015, yipee! Finally mapupuntahan ko na din ang Batanes.. Solo traveler ako so I am very willing to join groups
