May nakapag try na ba ng package ng Kubierto's Catering... all in na 70 pax adults and 30 pax kids, cake with cupcakes, photobooth, balloons and decors w/ styro backdrop, party poppers, host/magician, name tags, prizes.. etc all for 48K?

Na-try mo ba sila sis? I'm leaning towards them kase ang affordable ng packages nila and ok yung food inclusions. My daughter's birthday party is in September pa but nagpapa pencil book nako ng suppliers.

Chef Velmor. Affordable ang rates nila @ 500+ per head plus may basic theme na kasama for girls (Princess, tea party, Pony, Ballerina, Farm, picnic) and boys (young men, nautical, airplanes, safari, farm, basketball, soccer)

Ask ko lang kung paano ang set up nila for the kiddie meals and paano sineserve? Diba may kiddie meals sila? Naka pack ba? Or kasama sa buffet set up? Iniisip ko kasi baka magkahalo halo. Makuha ng adults yung para sa kids hehe 😅

Sissies, first time ko lang magpapa cater this coming Sunday and I need your guidance mga sis.

Kailangan ko ba sila pakainin sa buffet din? I mean the staff? Or talaga bang obligado na pakainin sila?
O is it normal na hindi na sila pakainin? Sorry I really don?t have any idea. Need din ba sila bigyan ng tip?

Please help sissies. I would really appreciate your opinions and advice.

^late reply na but no, you do not need to feed them food from the buffet table na inorder mo. May separate food na sila na prepared for them ng caterer din e.

if you have other suppliers (non-caterer), then yes you have to feed them. it is up to you kung galing sa buffet (after all guests have taken food) or fastfood meals or meal allowances na lang - depende kung ano napag usapan nyo beforehand.

For tips, para sa kin, yes you can give, but only if natuwa ka sa service nila - maasikaso sa guests mo, mabilis magrefill, magalang, etc.

hi sisses, baka may mga bagong caterer kayong marerecommend na superb ang food and service pero hindi mahal. South area preferred pero ok lang din if hindi south-based as long as nakakaabot ng muntinlupa

Hi! Regarding Kubiertos Catering.... Has anyone here tried their services recently? Maganda ba talaga ang set up nila? I've read about the reviews about their food and masarap nman nga daw. But I want to know about their actual set up, the magician/host, etc.... Please kindly give me feed back. We are seriously considering them for my daughter's 7th birthday this November. have decided to book Quidos. nag FT kami and masarap yun food nila plus ang ganda ng styling. not the usual balloons. cheapest rate is 300+/pax for adults and 160+/pax for kids. hopefully, maayos kalabasan ng event namin. will post feedback after.

Hi mga Sis just to share my experiences with these caterers

Hizon?s : We got them for my son?s dedication and 1st birthday party (isang celebration lang) ok ang response time and food, negative lang na comment ko kasi meron kaming lechon sa party, my mom noticed that their carver/chopper na after ichop ang lechon, dinadala sa loob/likod where their staffs are (ibig sabihin staff nila ang kumakain or iuuwi nila) instead ilagay in front for guest to take or iserve sa table. I also didn?t like the linens pala when we had food tasting with them, parang dugyot. as in madumi talaga. But since i had a coordinator and stylist that time, sila ang nerecommend kaya we still go for them that time.

Little K: i like the food, masarap no doubt. Poor customer service! Always late magreply 1-2days before you get a response from their Events Associate (EA). Tapos parang lutang mga EA nila.
Kailangan ko pa na parang nakikiusap ako lagi sagutin lang nila ako.
Sa isip ko tuloy, they are just good with celebrity customers! Nakakalungkot, hard earned money ko yun just to give my kid the best. Tapos i didn?t get the service i deserve.
Even their stylist! She requested me to send pegs which i did! After a week and during food tasting saka lang sasabihin na hindi pala nila kaya. Sayang ang time and effort.

K by Cunanan: This might be a little OT but since catering thread naman ito i?ll share this na din, also Little K and K by Cunanan are the same.
This was during my Sister?s wedding (the reason why i get Little K for my son?s bday) masarap ang food but late ko na naitanong sa sis ko about K?s service noong nasstress na ako kakakontak sa Little K.
Same. Poor response time din daw ang EA niya, 1-2days ang response time. So baka nga standard response time nila iyon 😅
