We had our final food tasting and detailing at hizon's yesterday  for my daughter's 1 st bday party on feb 1, 2015. Here's our menu:

Tomato and mozzarella bruschettA
Fettuccine with seafood cream sauce
Chicken alexander
Thrice cooked pork belly with mango cilantro salsa
Pan seared fish fillet with papaya sauce
US roast beef with mushroom gravy and hickory bbq sauce

Dessert bar: dark chocolate and strawberry mousse, mango pandan panna cotta, vanilla creme brulee, peach egg tart, blueberry cheesecake, flourless chocolate cake, choco pava with assorted dip

^^for adults it's 540 per head sis. For kids it's 280 per heAd. Kids' buffet includes classic spaghetti, chicken lollipop, mini pizza, brownies and orange juice.

wag kayo sa ROYAL TOUCH catering services! many of my guests, more than 10-15 sumakit ang tiyan, we didnt have any other food aside sa Lechon..

and nung nag feedback lang ako ng maayos sa owner, she took it in a very unprofessional way. parang naging palengkera pa, my God!

nagalit pa sakin kasi daw di ako nag bigay ng TIP sa staff nya.. PERO meron cla Corkage sa Lechon 500, wether you have lechon or not.. hahah nkkka.tawa lang.. then when i asked, why, the owner Haydee Dimailig said " Yan na ang pinka tip ng mga staff ko. "

bakit pa siya maggalit na di ako ng bigay ng tip?

After i complain, meron pa xang sinabi kaya daw di siya  nag rreply sa messages ko kasi MASAMA daw ugali ko, alam na nya daw even before i confirmed the booking..

eh bakit pa siya nagpa.confirm if she didnt like me in the first place? Porke't naka.kuha na siya ng Pera ganun na ang reply..

no hindi kami magka.kilala, nahanap ko lang din ang ROYAL thru this site and sa search engine. yun na nga eh, nag judge na siya sakin to think she doesnt even know me.. tsk3x..

and im based in Singapore, sinabihan pa ko.. sa halagang 1,000 sgd nakapag.party na daw ako.. san pa daw ako makka.hanap ng ganun ka mura.. what i dont get is why would she used the Singapore dollar currency as basehan nya.. eh wala naman tayo sa Singapore

and to think, di ako nakipag.tawaran sa price.. siya nag quote ng price, and i was ok with it.. she even told me
