Hi sis ilbsiri! Sorry for the bad quality, I had to crop my guests. Haha! Anyway, I chose flowers over balloons and I'm happy with the outcome naman. For the menu I got chicken and ham crepe, grilled fish with mango salsa, salpicao, pork with apples (forgot the name pero yun yung favorite ko sa lahat!), three mushroom pasta and caramel and chocolate cream puffs. Everything was super good!

Pa-PM din po ako how much ang zagu, please. 
I already booked a PICA-PICA ATBP. for the potato fries kasi real potato gamit nila.
Still eyeing for zagu or infinitea.
May ice cream cart, chocolate fountain and photobooth na kasi kami.

my experience with my caterer for my baby shower was not good. I got Kall Food Services, they arrived one hour before the event, so what do you expect, late nag umpisa because obviously one hour is not an ideal time para dumating ang caterer. Mas nauna pa kami sa event. Small party lang kami pero hindi yun reason para hindi nila kami bigyan ng time. Walang any decoration or centerpiece. Nakuha lang namin sa ensogo kasi. Pero voucher or not, yung flower kahit plastic o candle man lang sa table e standard sa catering diba. Ni wala man extra chair or table when i emailed them i need cake o gift table. Haaay

I got Kubiertos Catering for my sons first birthday party... sya kasi ang pinaka mura nung nag search ako at the same time ang daming freebies... nung una natakot din ako... pero nung mismong party na... sobrang natuwa ako sa kanila... super aga nila para mag set up, super helpful ng mga waiters (esp. MC) kasi may DIY candy buffet ako so nag request ako ng extra table for it. Nagulat ako kasi nagdala din sila ng extra candy jars.... Masarap ang food, at ok naman ang serving.. nag shoot up ang bisita ko kaya natakot ako na baka maubusan pero nagulat ako dahil may take out pa.. Nag survey din ako after the party kung kamusta ang food at ang serving kasi baka nga tinipid sila para ma accomodate ang lahat... pero ang feedback naman, nabusog sila at masarap ang food...  

I really recommend Kubiertos...

^sis ako din currently nakikipag transact ako ke Ms Imelda.. she requires me 50% dp para ma avail ko yung candy buffet na mura lang. mganda ba yung set up nila? maganda ba or malinis yung mga stufftoys na set up nila? pa share naman pix kahit yung table setup lang saka yung mismong food set up nila.. also mganda ba yung tarp at stage na ginawa nila? pls share pix. maganda naman set up nila sis. ok naman yung stuff toys... although di ko sya natitigan.. hehe pero wala naman nag feedback na nadumihan sa stuff toys.. send ko sa yo pic na kinuha nung tita ko..

wala akong stage, ang ginawa ko lang yung sa gitna nilagay ko yung tarp at yung balloon pillars sa side... yung tarp dahil may nag sponsor sakin ako na nag pa print.

^sis Nhetskii and others, what made you decide to get Kubiertos despite of negative feedbacks/reviews? what steps/action did you do to ensure that you will have smooth flow of transaction with them?

i am planning of getting them also, aside from unique ang menu nila affordable ang rate. pero thinking of is it worth the stress of worrying na hindi sila makadeliver at magkaroon ng aberya sa party itself?

sis bylan, first kasi talaga sya lang ang affordable... laki talaga ng difference with other caterers. Wala din syang hidden charges.. basta kung how much per plate ang kinuhga mo multiply mo sya by no. of plates.. yun na ang babayaran mo...

then mas marami namang good reviews kesa bad feedback (i checked also the SP forum).

pero syempre di mo rin maiaalis na matakot ako... and honestly, sinamahan ko talaga ng dasal na sana wag magka aberya... natakot ako na baka di sila sumipot... pero in fairness naman maaga sila dumating...

hahaha oo nga sis! sabi ko nga... pumalpak na lahat ng suppliers wag lang ang caterer.. imagine.. pano nga naman pag di dumating... pano ko sila papakainin at kung mapakain man, san sila kakain walang upuan..? hahaha!  kaya nga nung tumawag sila ng 9:00 at sinabi na nasa venue na sila.. sabi ko "Yes!! thank you Lord!" hehe yun pala una muna yung table set up hahaha.. pero dumating din naman ng maaga yung food...

Mga sis, can you recommend a Mandaluyon/SanJuan/QC-based caterer na pwede for 30-40pax lang? Hindi talaga party-party, dinner lang with family and some friends. We want to have it catered na lang sana para less hassle sa preps. Wala ng stage or whatever, basta me buffet set-up and made up ang tables.

Nag-inquire na ako sa Queensland and Kubiertos, pero 50pax minimum nila e..
