Sis alam ko yung duphaston ay mabisang pang regulate ng period at the same time pang help din para magpreggy ka. Better to ask ur OB kasi iba iba naman case naten.

Ako din sis gusto ko maregulate af ko, hindi kase monthly  sana may makapagsuggest

^ hi mga sis. Better to consult an OB first to diagnose ano reason ng irregularity ni AF. If ever, PCOS papainumin din kayo ng Metformin.

@sis icescream. welcome lam ko kasi pang regulate din yan ng period para incase mapreggy ka pampakapit and kung hindi ka naman mapreggy ilalabas nya yung period mo.

@sis janet28 punta kana ng OB para malaman anong cause bakit iregular period mo. Maraming causes pwede PCOS nga yung iba taon talaga hindi dinadatnan. or pwede ring may hormonal imbalance ka.

@sis hi_landprince correct ka better to consult 1st kasi iba iba case naten. baka mamaya mgkamali kapa ng inom.

kimyoulee- sis my pcos ako, nag bcp na din ako before pero pag tinigil ko na, balik irreg na naman, sa ngayon im taking metformin, folic acid, myra e and vitex, , nagrest kase ako ng 2 months, pero next next week balik ulit kay o,b. Try ulit magclomid hayst..

I have polycystic ovaries. Before, I don't have my monthly menstruation. Usually once every 2 or 3 months lang. Uminom ako ng duphaston for one week, as prescribed by my OB, and nagregla ako. Then nagstop akong magduphaston, ayun di na naman ako dinatnan. I stopped using it kasi ayokong maging drug-dependent lalo na sa mga synthetic drugs like this. Mas gusto ko pa rin yung natural way of healing. I decided to go to the gym for 2 weeks (5 days per week yun). Ayun monthly na akong niregla for 3 months na. If gusto nyo talagang maregulate ang period mga sis, I suggest get a regular exercise. Very effective. I believe kasi na yung mga synthetic drugs na nirereseta ng doctors (yes they may be effective), ay part din of doing business with patients. Sa lahat ng mga napuntahan kong OB, never sila nagbigay ng advice about having an exercise, when in fact, this is a very effective way of regulating our period. Hindi lang ako ang nakakaexperience ng ganito, even my friends could vouch how they are able to achieve their regular mens everytime they hit the gym or do some workout.

Nakakatamad mag-exercise, but its worth it!

I agree with you sis hanshellite, kaya dinagdag ko din exercise 30 mins walking everyday, sana maregulate af ko, ttc ka din ba sis?

In my case sis hindi naregulate, 6 months ako nagtake diane35 and after that akala ko ok na pero ganun pa din af ko then pinagtake pa ako ulit ob ko ng 6 months pills, ayun waley pa rin. Bale 1year ako nagpills, pero hindi naregulate af ko

Tama yan sis more on naturals amg tinitake mo. Minsan hirap din kasi ma rely ano ba mas ok naturals is the best talaga pero kung ngmamadali naman magkababy no choice tayo but to choose talaga minsan mga syntethic drugs like clomid.. Hirap din talaga ttc mga sis kaya keep on praying lang tayo parati.

hi mga sissy, sabi nila taking duphaston to regulate menstrual cycle pero dapat magpaconsult sa OB,
before naman tinake ko ito para pampakapit, kaso ngayon delayed ako siguro 1 month na baka sa stress or lifestyle kasi hindi pa kami ready ng hubby ko na masundan agad ang Twins namin haaay

May PCOS din ako. My ob recommended Cybelle. Okay naman. Di na oily skin ko and wala na kong pimples. Kaya lang napansin ko lumalaki boobs ko. Paconsult ka muna sa ob mo para ma-recommend sayo yung suitable medication. Mahirap kasi yung mag-take ka ng meds without prescription.
