Hi sis wantstobeamom , sana maimprove ng letrozole ang pag ovulate mo. Good thing wala side effect sayo. Nung una natakot ako sa kababasa ng side effect ng letrozole pero Nung nabasa ko na eto talaga gnagamit for stimulation ng follicles ok nako. Di ko na masyado pinapansin un mga nababasa ko online. Hehe.

blueberryalmond  Oo sis wag mo na intindihin yung nasa online, mas mataas success rate ng Letrozole here in North America lately. Kaya yung doctor ko rare nalang mag prescribe ng clomid.
 REs (reproductive endocrinologist) here are already lobbying to approve letrozole as fertility drug kasi less side effect ang letrozole kesa clomid.
Though hiyangan lang din kasi yung iba sa clomid naman nag re-respond.

Hi mga Sis.  Any more letrozole users? 
I am on second round (and hopefully last round) of letrozole this month.  CD26 na, I have AF symptoms but I want to think this is pregnancy symptoms.  Praying!!!!

3rd round ulit.  AF came on time.  In a way letrozole is working, I o'd and regulated my cycle.
Back to CD1 in this roller coaster TTC ride.

Just thought I would post my   success story here. Had 7 rounds of letrozole.  6 rounds then I stopped for 3 months. 1 round after nagpahinga I got pregnant.  I took it CD 3-7 for 6 months yung last round 5-9 and got pregnant.  Dosage 5mg for 5 days each cycle.

It took me just one cycle with letrozole and iui to get pregnant. I took it from days 3-7. 2 tabs a day.

Ang saaaaadddd, hindi lumaki follicles ko sa first cycle namin.
Next cycle, increase dosage na. Try lang ng try

1st cycle of Letrozole and may dominant follicle na ko. Nagwork siya sakin. Yung clomiphene kasi no effect sakin eh.

Here are my Femara/Letrozole experiences:

1. Letrozole alone (5 tabs, 1tab/day) - mabagal lumaki ang follicles. At TVS ng CD12, nasa around 14-15mm pa lang ang leading follicle. Konti lang din naproproduce ko. Usually 1-2 lang.

2. Increased dosage of Letrozole (10 tabs, 2tabs/day) + FSH Injectible 75iu - nasa 1-2 follicles lang ang lumalaki, pero at CD12, medyo malaki na sya. Around 18-22mm.

3. Increased dosage of Letrozole (10 tabs, 2 tabs/day) + FSH Injectible 150iu - around 3 follicles naproduce ko, and malaki na sya at CD12, 22-25mm.

Comparing it with Clomiphene Citrate, laging maganda ang lining ko sa Letrozole. Ang difference lang is sa Clomiphene, I always have multiple follicles, minimum of 4 siguro. At palaging manipis ang lining ko. Kaya mas preferred in OB yung Letrozole.

i should start taking letrozole on my day 3 for twice a day. I'm on my day 3 today Kaso nakalimutan ko meds ko this morning.  can I start kaya mamaya gabi?

I just finished my 1st cycle of Letrozole + Ovamit. The Ovamit I had to take 3 tabs (sabay sabay) 1 hour after dinner on my 2nd to 6th day; Letrozole naman 2 tabs sabay in the morning on my 3rd to 7th day.

My follow up checkup will be this coming Saturday; hoping & praying for good news!
