hope no one bought DD today price is diving my friend cut loss today her average is 10.14 with over 20K loss.  i've given up my position last week with 6K loss kala ko tataas pa price when they released their PR for their acquired Cebu lot pero since it reached 10.24 patuloy na syang bumaba..

sis Diane always protect your capital masakit talaga mag-cut loss but at some point we have to do it to protect our capital. 10.96 was DD's long term peak as per sir Tony Herbosa of TAP it went up too fast now it's coming down too fast also. Kung ako ha i will sell on rallies hindi naman siguro agad-agad yan baba sa 4 pesos lalaruin pa yan ng players. many were hoping the Php9.00 support will hold pero nung nabutas sya madami na nag-sell hence the big drop. the company is still starting and they are only banking on the big names behind it for now so it's imminent na bababa talaga sya. malamang tataas sya pag malapit na expiry ng lock in period and tanong kelan kaya yun? if they will issue more shares to raise more fund for their planned projects price will definitely go down again. Their capital is 300M+ Million for them to execute their projects like the town malls in South they need big capital.. Fundamentally DD is not yet a Php10 worth stock. as disclosed by sir Tony DD's at par value is 10cents, im not bashing DD im actually waiting for its fair value so i can start accumulating it.



it's your decision sis depende rin kasi sa volume mo and your trade plan. like you im still learning the ins and out in the stock market 1 year pa lang ako and did not really make money out of it until just recently with DD. join Traders Apprentice Pilipinas in FB and you will learn from the insights of the veteran traders but at the end of the day it will still be your decision the mentors are just there to guide the members

Ipit din ako. 

Medyo malaki na loss since 9.8 ave ko. I was thinking of cost averaging, pero malaking pera kelangan ko ulit. Nag compute2 na. Thinking of letting go. Medyo matagal siguro ulit mag settle to its fair value. Im still contemplating to take the loss or intay2. Do you think next year, mag pick up na [textspeak!]? And at what price? I'm thinking of using the money next year eh. What do you think mga sis?

Cut gain ako kay DD.
Ave price ko is 4.6 so ok pa naman.. although sayang din yung paper gains nung P10/share pa sya
Out muna ako dito, sakay nalang ulit next time.

Asa 7.08 na lang ang DD nung huling check ko. Grabe kung gaano siya kabilis tumaas ganun din ata siya kabilis babagsak buti na lang nakapag-take pa ko ng profit.

Ito na ba ang sinasabi nilang correction?

I guess so mga sis. Correction na. Sabi nila if ma break na yung 7.55 na resistance, baba siya until 4.something. Nag cut loss na ako mga sis. Impatient ako kaya hindi ko din siguro mahintay yung bawi ng DD. Kaya cut loss nlg. So sad. My first loss sa stocks. Pero go pa rin naman ako now. Mag aaral ulit. Sobrang risky kc ako at matigas ulo. Kaya tuloy. Naunahan kc ng bwenas sa ibang stocks na nilaro kaya feeling ko ok lang. Now lang naipit.

Bili agad ako blue chips now. Stick to Blue chips na nga. Abangers ako sa blue chips eh. Yung SM nakabili ako nung mga almost 700 lg siya. hehe. Now, JFC na ulit. 175 spot. one of the lowest this month. Sana makabawi.

Lesson learned. Will take caution next time. Will study more. Will take my money more seriously. hehe. Will make side hustles para may pang capital ulit.

let go of my DD. bought at 10.3 and end up selling at 7.

Sis, andito ka rin, nakikita kita sa 1st trimester, and due ng 4th quarter, sa niceprint tapos active ka rin pala dito.

@sis Diane just read all their posts there especially the threads of Maestro Tony, Senyor Roy and Al Cal very helpful and insights nila. bear in mind that they are more on position trading not long term investing. they teach the members how to ride the trend as what they did with DD when it was still at 3 pesos. alas! di pa ako member nuon so i was only able to buy DD when it was 7 pesos up.

On a brighter note, panay ang bigay ng cash dividend ng mga blue chips recently ah Sa mga hawak ko, nagbigay ang MBT, SMPH, JFC, and today lang DMC!

May trend ba na usually ganitong time of the year sila nagbibigay ng cash dividend?
