Bought DD this morning at 7.7. Thinking of adding more kaso isip isip pa baka biglang bumaba.

^^Same here mga sis, tempting to sell MBT kasi tagal na nakasideways.  kaso tumaas na ng tumaas ang DD... is it still ok to buy?

kasi parang ang taas na ng price so baka expensive na sya for some buyers so kakaunti bibili, then bababa price, hope may sense explanation ko hehe.

Is DD still worth buying? Baka soaring high tapos biglang either wala na or bababa na. Im thinking of buying meg below 5 pa. And lri kasi ang dami nagbebenta. I would like to take this opportunity na madami sell ng lri ngayon i beleieve na magpa positive din ito in no time.

I bought MEG kanina, I think LRI is good buy din TP naman is 15 eh.

Mga sis, what do you think about this strategy?

I will buy a stock, for example DD, then when I reach a target gain, I will withdraw para makuha ko na yun gain ko.  Then I will invest again, pwedeng sa DD parin or sa ibang stocks naman.  Is this strategy better than what they call a cost averaging wherein I buy every month whether up or down ang market? 

I have invested in BDO, MBT and Pgold for a year na using cost averaging.  Although honestly I didn't buy every month during the 1 year period.  I bought when it was low and then when the price was going up, I stopped buying for while.  So, Iniwan ko sya for a year na now.  Sa nakita ko sa portfolio ko sa MBT... lumiit ang market average ko than the first time I bought the stock.  Pero now that the price is higher than my average, parang hindi ko maatim na bumili ulit kasi tataas surely ang average ko.  Right now, 4% lang gain ko sa MBT, medyo matagal ng ganun...

With DD naman, I bought at 4.3... nanghihinayang ako na konti lang nabili ko... Ayaw ko naman bumili ulit kasi tataas ang average ko... what if bumaba bigla, malulugi ako,,,,so, is it better to sell na and then buy again?  will I gain more with this strategy than the cost averaging strategy?

Hindi rin ako masyado tutok sa prices. I cant check every minute.  Limited din ang aking funds.

I think mas costly sya ^ kung sell then buy ulit? Or it depends if long term or short term investor ka. I think that will work if 'tsupitero' style pero not for long term.

^ may binabawas ba kapag nagsell? may commission din ba like when we buy?  Never pa kasi ako nagsell.

Parang nag-cap si DD today at 10 ah. Ingat-ingat na at these levels, especially kung papasok pa lang.

^^^You can do both. Usually, ginagawa ng mga tao is to allocate 10-20% of their portfolio for tsupit, and the rest for long-term investments. Some people do it as a strategy, others do it just to add excitement, since long-term investing is boring.

Ambaba ng average price mo sa DD, you certainly could've added more. Ang laki nung safety net mo kumbaga.

Buying and selling is a strategy used by many, but if you really want the multi-baggers, there is no strategy better than to buy, sit, and wait. If you chance upon a flyer stock with good fundamentals and great future prospects, just let it go! Let your profits run! Averaging up is better than averaging down. Syempre you want to add to your winners and not to your losers.

hindi na ako bumili ng DD. I just don't think this isn't the right time. I had to trust my instinct na lang haha. ayoko sumabay sa hype ng market.

on the other hand. i bought LRI bagsak presyo.  I'm still waiting for meg to reach below 4. reco nya is 3.+ to buy. sana bumaba pa siya. naubos ang 14th month ko haha!

@ emcee may fee sya pero very minimal naman if malaki naman ang gains mu so parang di mu na din mararamdaman yun.

Hopefully tumaas ulit si dd next week para ma-out na bought it 4.20 pero need ko na ipull out for wedding funds

i felt disappointed kasi yung DD (double dragon) ko na nabili ko during IPO na 2 pesos lang sinell ko na nung 4 pesos and now 9 pesos na! arghh sobrang panghihinayang.. pero i think aabot pa yan ng 20 plus ang price kasi maganda ang mga projects nila and imagine sobrang dami na foreigner sa visayas and mindanao at yun ang target nila so positive ang vibes ko diyan.
