Super happy to have finally gotten in at URC. Dream stock ko 'to kumbaga. Waited for it for so long! If the private placement in SM last July worked against me, this time, the PP in URC worked for me. Bought one tranche, let's see if I will be averaging up or further down into these -ber months.

gusto ko rin bumili ng URC... and the sell-off should have been the best opportunity to do so
kaso no more funds left.  had to divert the funds to payment of bills kasi nasaid ang emergency fund ko.
not because of emergency from my side, pero dahil sa emergency ng iba   

i hope people would learn na kapag nabuntis ang babae, 100% sure na after 9 months manganganak yan kaya obligasyon nila na paghandaan

walang naipon is not a valid excuse...     (ranting lang)

back to topic:  yeah, URC.  saan ako kukuha ng pambili sa'yo

^^Yikes, 'di ka nag-cut loss? My first cut loss was some basura stock. I had no intention to touch it, but it was recommended by a so-called "guru". Learned my lesson there. It wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. Actually, parang masnakahinga pa ako ng maluwag. And was able to sleep at night.

Hindi sis. Long term yung goal ko but nakaka sad lang makita na super red portfolio ko dahil nito.

^Oh, no worries then. If I remember correctly from reading notes on East West Bank, it's one of the banks that posted better than expected earnings last quarter. If they continue with that, then they should fly high in the coming months.

was able to buy URC also buti 3 tranches ang ginawa ko    my first cutloss was SM i had to sell it and added more to my MBT before the ex-date. yung BDO ang sobrang frustrated ako never syang nag-green eversince nabili ko nung May

What's URC?

^---URC (Universal Robina Corp), consumer products like C2, the Jack 'n Jill brand, Piattos, etc
pag-aari ni Gokongwei of CEB.  Main stock holder is JGS

sa Jack n Jill pa lang, alam mo ng matagal at matatag na company na ito.  It's a dividend play company but with growth since they still continue to create new and exciting brands na nakikilala agad sa market.  They're also expanding to other countries kaya may growth story pa rin kahit mature na.

Recently JGS sold some URC shares in the market at discounted price.  From 130+, it was sold for only 115.  Iyong 115 to 130 ay upside potential na agad.  FV of COL for URC is 140.  Kaya may room pa even if you get in at 120.

Sold some SM shares para makapila kay URC at 118.
Return ANS on board kasi may divs ulit sila.

Lahat ng stocks ko red pa rin. March ko kasi sila nabili, Haay. Sana may correction ulit.

^ wala akong pang average down nun May and June correction. Etong recent hindi naman masyadong bumaba yun price kaya hindi din ako bumili. Hinintay ko yun announcement ng FED last Sept to buy more kaso hindi natuloy. Sana magkaron ulit ng correction bago tumaas yun market.

Nakakalungkot lang kasi never pa ako kumita sa stocks
