Nung first time ko pumunta ng BKK (2012), dun na kami nag stay sa airport, dalawa lang din kami ng friend ko. Okay naman mag stay sa airport, pricey kasi mag cab, kaya ayun natulog kami sa airport This Sept would be my third time in BKK via CebuPac kaya mag stay ulit kami sa airport kasi 2 lang ulit kami

Travelling to Bangkok on September pa naman. Hopefully, malift na nga ang Martial Law by that time.

I'm now looking at hotels para makaipon ng budget. My trip to BKK was 10 years ago pa , LOL! And I don't know if we stayed in Baiyoke Sky or Baiyoke Suite Hotel.

Now, I'm travelling with my own family, gusto ko pa rin mag stay sa Baiyoke kaya lang di ko alam kung saan mas okay among the two? OR is Baiyoke still a good place to stay these days? Or baka mas marami ng newer and modern hotels.

I remembered na sa baba ng hotel, night markets ang dami. Iba yung seller sa morning, iba rin sa gabi. Tapos at the back of the hotel, is yung First House Hotel, ayan, can you help me anong Baiyoke Hotel yun?

A friend of mine is currently in Bangkok and it's generally peaceful naman daw. May curfew lang from 12mn-4am. So we're pushing thru with our June 16 flight. Don't have hotel accomodations yet. Pero okay yun prices ng mga 4 and 5 star hotels. Discounted lahat. Hehe. Yun lang ata ang good thing about martial law. Siguro less tourists kaya cheap ang hotels.

going to bkk this june 10 naman. I'm really having doubts naman if itutuloy ko pa. I'm having thoughts about baka maipit ako sa gulo tapos kukunin ako ni Pinoy haha.

pano pala yun, kase ang dating namin sa bkk airport eh mga 12:30 am na. kung may curfew, pano na yun? so wala na rin taxi and all?

^Kasama sa exemption sa curfew, sis... travellers who are to leave or enter the kingdom during the curfew period will be allowed to move to their destinations

Scheduled to go on Monday with my mom. Ang kulit lang ng dad ko, ayaw kaming payagan kasi baka daw magkagulo sa airport operations and maipit kami dun and di agad makabalik ng Phil. Ewan kung sino ang sources niya ng  tsismis.   Then something came up sa  schedule ng mom ko sa Monday din na di niya puwedeng i-cancel. So yes, daddy, we're not going. LOL. Di naman kami nakapag-book pa ng hotel so ok lang. Yung cheap tickets lang talaga ang sayang.

I feel the same way sis. I have friends over there saying na hindi naman daw ganun kagulo, but what if pag andun ka na, gugulo. or maipit ka sa gulo, you'll never know. and it's not as if Pinas lang yun, at least, na at ease ka. There, different language, and still miles away from home. Nakakatakot tuloy. Don't know kung itutuloy ko pa. As of now, 70% not going, 30% going. haha

^I also have the same question sis kasi our scheduled flight to Bangkok is on June 17 already. Unfortunately though, we have already booked our hotel and they can't give me a feedback if they will give a refund. Nakakalungkot lang. The hotel replied saying that it's safe naman daw dun ngayon, pero shempre iba pa rin kasi kapag nasa ibang bansa diba?

Would any of our sisses here know if Cebu pacific is offering a travel refund for Bangkok flights? TIA!
