Para sa mga sis natin who do linkbait and backlinks for their clients, I just noticed ang hirap na maghanap ngayon ng mga blogs and forums that allow anchor text. The last time I did this job was about a year ago and at that time, I could created 5 posts with anchor text in an hour. Ngayon almost one hour na akong naghahanp ng relevant forums at websites para kay client pero hirap pa rin akong makita na nag-a-allow ng commenting with link. Any idea mga sis?

Tapos ngayon October 2 hindi parin nya magawa kasi down daw?totoo pa ba yung sinasabi nya?baka niloloko  na ako neto. Nakapagbigay na ako dalawang output sa kanya. Verified naman siya nakapagbayad ng contracts sa Odesk based sa profile nya

^ yes sis, kasi for the payment dapat mag match yung odesk name mo sa bank account name mo. If you want to hide your name, you have the option to show just your first name and 1st letter ng last name or  you can private your account din para di nila makita ang profile mo.

artificialstar, yes sign up using your real name. Parang trabaho din yan sa labas na ginagamitan ng totoong personal information. Besides, kelangan mo rin i-verify ang identity ng profile mo to gain trust ng future clients, dagdag application quota at sabi nga ni friendlyneighbor, pag may earnings ka na, you'll need a bank account na sa iyo nakapangalan.

Yula, harsh pero niloloko ka na ata ng employer mo. I just had 2 fixed contracts initiated by my employer this week pero wala naman silang hassle na na-encounter sa pag send ng job offer. I don't know, you can risk, pero if were you, hindi muna ako mag-bibigay ng output if wala man lang contract na na-ibigay.

Linkbait ba tawag dun sis sa anchor text na may hidden link? hehe. Yup hirap talaga kasi sa mga links na bigay ni client sa 70 minsan nakaka 10+ lang ako eh per active link pa man din ang bayaran.

Tignan ko this week kung hindi parin nya magawa. Magquit na ako sa kanya. Ngayon lang ata ako nakarinig ng employer na nahihirapan mag load ng job contract. Thanks sis Majika

sis Yula try mo sabihin kay employer mo you'll contact the odesk support at ibibigay mo yung name/id ng employer to check kung bakit ayaw magload ng odesk sa kanya. baka sakaling sabihin na nagloload na odesk nya....

Hold mo muna future output work. Pwede mo iargue sa kanya na you want to be sure / secure about the project. Kung seryoso siya, he'll fix his odesk. Tutal naman alam na niya kung paano ka magwork since you've given him 2 outputs. Kung ivavalue ka niya, bibigyan ka nya ng contract.

pasali uli sa mga sis.. haiist wala akong new project sa odesk.. ano ba mga work nyo dito sis. gusto ko sana stable na employer na, ng makapagresign na sa office.

^ You may be able to find clients to work with long hours for long term. However, there's no guarantee that you'll be working for them until your retirement. 

If stability of income is your priority, your office job is probably still your better option.

^ the common tactic (which works) is to work for small projects while earning positive feedback along the way. Ganyan ako nagsimula. It doesn't matter which skill you choose - there are almost always long term clients in almost every skill.

@gelay18- mostly na full time job dito sis ay related to customer service. Magtake ka ng calls for 6-8 hours and the starting salary is $2-3 per hour. Try mo maghanap ng job under phone support and customer service.

^ Actually I think maraming skills ang pwede ang full time - so I said there could be full timers halos lahat ng skill. I do wordpress work (part programming hack, part design) and I find myself in full time work rin na 40 hours pa or sometimes more. (but currently I wish to move to hardcore programming work).

I know programmers na full time sa work nila. 30 hours could be full time for them, but there are those who need to work long hours rin especially if the website experiences problems. They mostly charge high rates (above $10 to $15/hr to start, some experienced people could charge up to $40/hr) so they are ok with lesser time. I know enough people who travel all over the country and overseas while carrying their work at the same time. Maganda ang rates kasi nila.

Even graphic designers I've worked with could be hired full time. Taga design araw-araw. Imagine how they rack up their creativity every day. I often see this task from clients who like to setup one website or two everyday long term (oo merong mga ganito). 

Writers, yes. Full timers meron din. Especially those who write for SEO. Oh, and even those who do SEO-related work. I also used to do writing work for SEO campaigns pero binitawan ko na. I used to write for several hours na mabilisan pa.

Data entry too - a lot. Marami rin ang lampas pa sa 40 hours ang work nila.

So it's a matter of getting lucky in finding the right client who gives long term work.

Nope sis. If fixed-price yung job mu, you need not use time tracker. For your 5-hour trial, you can ask your employer to create a separate contract that is hourly para you can use time tracker for that. After the trial, if ok na for the actual job, then I guess the employer should open another contract for the fixed-price na job.

rant lang pampatanggal stress...

my client promised us a bonus if we reach a quota then if not percentage nun promised incentive ibibigay samin for 3rd quarter (July-Sept) so parang nareach namin 25% nun quota but client suddenly not open to talk about it and sobrang vague ng sagot nya. I'm just so sad and disappointed with this client kasi sobrang turn off ako sa kanila kasi before sobrang open sila suddenly now madalas off line sila
