@i_miss_sleep - thank you for the response. It's very helpful. Ang laki ng naibawas sa bill niyo in fairness. We are currently using Carrier, Non-Inverter Window Type and it's just .5 Hp. Pero for 2 months, umabot ng almost 4k bill namin.

My December bill was 4393. I had my new air-conditioning installed on Jan. 3rd. Both my January and February bills showed around 1600 then went up March by 2760 because of the lockdown. I haven't received my bill which has the April reading.

Pls. note that the change was from non-inverter to inverter na.

The bills na Php 1600, sa gabi lang yun aircon nyo na inverter?

^ Not just sa gabi. All day pero at times nakasara para ipahinga like sa morning. 1-bedroom condo ito (2 aircon units).

We replaced our ac with a Carrier 1.5hp inverter. Hopefully makatulong sa pagsave ng kuryente.

Currently, ang gamit namin sa bahay ay hindi inverter na Aircon. Every quarter nililinis ito ng parents ko. 8yrs na pero gumagana pa rin.

Ilang months nalang bubukod na ako sa family ko kasi mag aasawa na ako.
Question, ano ang pinaka okay na brand na aircon sa maliit na room? Inverter ba? How much kaya?
We're thinking if inverter type ang bibilhin namin o hindi. Kinukumbinsi ko pa ang h2b ko na worth it ang inverter kasi babawi sya sa bill ng kuryente. Mababa kumonsumo.

Yeah mag inverter ka pag more than 12 hrs ang kunsumo mo... nagsisisi nga ako sa binili ko, noong wala kaming ac 1500-2000 lang ang bill namin.

Noong may AC na kami pinakamababa na 5500.  Hindi inverter ang AC namin. Yung kaibigan ko na nakainverter 1.5k lang ang bill nya, 18hrs +  naka open ang AC. Daikin ang gamit

Yes, go for Inverter aircon kasi makakatipid talaga sa kuryente

Kaka-install lang ng unit ko nung Saturday and nagleak agad. Binalikan ng installers nung Sunday and inayos. Kahapon nagleak na naman, babalikan daw nila. Hay.

What brand carries a 0.5hp, inverter window-type ac? Nakakainis kase yung sa condo, max of 0.5hp lang yung butas ng ac for both bedrooms. Help!

Sa pagkakaalam ko inverter window type starts at 1hp. Meron mga inverter-grade pero these are not ?true? inverter, sinasabi lang na inverter kasi ang refrigerant na gamit is same ng inverter aircon, marketing strategy daw ang ?inverter-grade? para makabenta.

For split type inverter aircon meron .8hp ang Daikin around 29k if direct sa dealer kukuha.

^Thank you sis. Wala nga aku makita na .5hp inverter type sa paghahanap ku online. Eh yung mag-ama ku malakas mag aircon, kaya target ku talaga is inverter na for both rooms. Mukhang mapapamahal aku sa "renovation" nung window kung ipipilit ku ang inverter ac na at least 1hp. But i guess worth it? Haist! Decisions! Decisions!

^Magsplit type ka nalang, maliit lang ang bubutasin nila para sa tubo at walang ingay sa loob ng bahay since nasa labas ang compressor.

Same thing for me. I don't know how people pay that less money for a bill.  My bills make a hole in my pocket.
