if you mean split type na inverter model, then yes it is practical. lower power consumption and quiet operation.

Kakainstall lang last last Friday yung samin 4k nga lang binayaran ko e. Natawaran ko kasi. Saka back to back lang kasi yung indooor at out door. May kasama na syang braces/frame para sa compressor. Dinaan ko na lang sa pamiryenda at paluncg yung mga nag install. Yung samin may copper tubing, ano ba tawag dun sa white na binabalot? Saka pati yung tubo na tuluan ng water e sagot na nila e... Nag add lang ako ng 750 para sa breaker pero sinakop na nila pati pag iinstall nun in short di na ako nag hire pa ng ibang electrician to do that. Actually pati pag butas para sa curtains ko ginawa din nila e. Need kasi ibaba dahil nasakop nung indoor yung dati kong kabitan. Hahaha!

kakabili lang namin ng window type aircon kahapon. panasonic yung brand. i have a question though, okay lang ba mabasa ng ulan yung outdoor side nya? hindi naman totally malakas na ulan pero yung anggi lang.. naguguluhan kasi ako. sabi sa manual, "The rear end of the air conditioner is splash proof. You need not shield or cover it." at sa mga nabasa ko na okay lang daw mabasa kasi it is designed talaga to be exposed sa rain man or sunshine. pero nung tinawagan ko yung customer service ng panasonic, sabi di raw pwede mabasa ng ulan or ma anggihan man lang yun lang kasi yung lugar na pwede ko ikabit yung aircon kasi nasa apartment lang kami, di naman namin sarili tong bahay. please enlighten me.

We are planning to have our window type ac replaced to a split type. Question lang kung paano ang cleaning ng split type dahil naka connect sya,hindi gaya sa window type  tama ba?

^you need to call the service technician at least every 3 months to clean it. Hindi kasi pwedeng basta bastang linis.

we just bought LG split type inverter AC..top choice ko sana panasonic or carrier because of the positive feedbacks but these 2 brands are super pricey, ok lang sana if 1 unit lang bibilhin namin but since we needed 3 units, nag-LG na lang kami para pasok sa budget..sana sulit pa din kahit paano

Just bought aircon yesterday sa Anson's LC window type .80 HP with timer and 11.5 EER so mas tipid sa kuryente, napansin kasi namin na ang taas ng bill namin when we changed our aircon from our inlaws kaya ngayon we will observe kung baba ang bill namin.

Sorry late reply  max 2300 ang bill namin 2nd Nd 3rd floor. Usually 8pm to 6am. Tapos open pa ng kids sa afternoon. Minsan nag oopen  din eldest ko sa room nya ng 3/4hp na aircon. Tipid talaga sa conputation ko mga half kw per hour.

Mas okey performance ng Panasonic sa kin compared sa Carrier. Ang tipid sa kuryente yun inverter.. nagpalit kasi ako ng inverter type last year.. damang dama ko pagbaba ng kuryente ko. hehe
