I started CDing my son when he turned 3 weeks. Since I only have 3 CDs, gift from my baby's shower, every after bath ko lang gagamitin. Now he is 5 weeks old. I ordered 8 pcs from Alva and Baby Leaf as they are on sale. I know kulang pa, but I will add sa next pay day.

Makakatipid ka sa CD talaga huwag lang maaddict na gusto mo I-try lahat. When you find the CD that works for you, stick to it. We did a CD trial run, I bought flats, prefold and covers. The total cost was what I would have spent if we used disposables for a month. I was thinking that if I could not do it, I would atleast use for a month so we can recoup the cost. We used CD for a little over 3 years, until my daughter potty trained. I did recoup some of the cost because I sold the CDs my daughter outgrew. You cannot resell used disposables. Sulit na sulit pa nga kasi ang mga CD that I didn't sell, we will use for the new baby.

Right now I'm eyeing on prefolds, cover/ AI2 shells, soakers and boosters.

For prefold parang gusto ko i-try yung bummis, then softbums for cover/AI2, iniisip ko kasi para makatipid sa covers. he he although up to now di ko pa din ma-imagine kung pano nilalagyan ng booster ang AI2...

I'm on my 6th month of pregnancy kaya gusto ko na sana mag-umpisa mag-ipon ng mga cloth dipes kahit prefolds and few covers lang muna.

Hi! I'm not sure if it has been discussed here, tried searching pero I can't find results... has anyone tried Tide w/ Power of Safeguard variant for washing CDs? Pwede ba ito? Usually I see lang Tide Orig ang gamit. Nababanguhan kasi ako dun sa w/ Safeguard variant, sana pwede

Also, yung Tide Free and Gentle na nabibili sa S&R, has anyone tried it? Ang laki lang din kasi ng box, baka sayang naman kung hindi compatible with CDs.

  hello mga sissy ! I am 7mos pregnant now and I would like to use cloth diaper sana. may napagtanungan ako online. 210 yung printed nila tapos yung inserts 60php each. maganda kaya? wala [textspeak!] akong kakayahan bumili ng diapers ngayon, ni hindi nga ako kmakaen ng maayos.
walang wala akong budget kungmeron po sanang willing magdonate ng dami ng baby, grabeng pagpapasalamat ko [textspeak!]. Meron akong Hepa B mga sis. Sa lying in ako manganganak at buti may phealth ako, sa ngayon wala pang 2k yung ipon ko.. wala pa gamit ni baby at bayad sa immonuglobulin na gamut nya 3 shots ata, yung first shot daw 3k sabi ng midwife. ( di ako sa OB can't afford buti na lang may philhealth pala ako.  Sana mga sissy matulungan nyo ako. Any help po. Please spread to others..

Hi! Weird, parang feeling ko patapos na ako sa CD era since my son is 18 months na and mukang natututo na mag remove ng nappies.

anyway, i started CDing full time at 3 months with 40 cds (mostly alva 3.0, 3 alva awesome, 1 alva 4.0, 1 baby leaf, 2 babyland, 6 sunbaby, 1 grovia) eventually to count til 18 months son ko, i have a total of 50 CDS. then i sold more than half of it na - 27 nappies. kasi nga like what i mentioned above, medyo baka gumraduate na kami, so yuung mga magaganda pa talaga, i sold it na. hehe. so ngayon i have 23 pcs na rotation. since then once a week ako naglalaundry. large rotation nga kasi ako. but now na nagbenta na ako, minsan twice a week, minsan once pa rin. tapos nag DD na din ako, papano nag register ako sa Huggies drypants (me 4 packs ako) so ginamit ko na. so after maubos yun, nag buy na uli ako pero eq dry (which was my son's nappy dati, kasi wala ako mabili na L na huggies dry pants lol) mejo nalalazy na din ako lalo na pag me poop so pag alam ko di pa nagpoop eh, naka DD muna sya. pag aalis kami ngayon naka DD na din, pero for the last 18 months, pag umaalis kami, overnight somewhere, naka CD talaga kami. pinanindigan ko talaga. hahaha. i believe naman na sa ininvest ko na 10k nabawi ko naman sya ng bonggang bongga in terms of if compare ko sa pagbili ng DD. plus plus pa na nun binenta ko, more than 1/4 din ng 10k ang bumalik sa akin. pwede na diba? hehe!

tide original white gamit ko for both clothes and CD ng baby ko since nag 12 months sya. pero prior to that HHN Tough Love ang gamit ko.

ok. im planning to buy CDs. My problem is I have no idea how it works or which one to buy and what are the differences. and gaano kapractical mag CD over DD in the first, say, 1 month or 2. First time mommy po ako, and yung mom ko, no idea how this works or which brands to buy.

Please help po recommend, bumili ako ng lampin as they say all around use daw yon, hindi pa ko bumibili ng CD and DD kasi di ko rin talaga sure kung gaano ba kadami yung kelangan.

^ try niyo po muna iresearch yung different cloth diaper system. Pinaka common i think is yung mga gumagamit ng pocket diaper.

For newborn po you'll need about 12pcs/day, dahil madalas magpoop. Kung ilan yung bibilhin niyo eh depende kung gaank kayo kadalas maglalaba.

Sa brand, medyo experimental na kasi you have to try it to see if it will work for your baby or not.
