^I am in the process of practicing it though kaunti pa lang cd ko. Mamayang gabi I will let my baby use it para makita ko kung gaanong katagal. I tried once kanina though nadamay sa basa yung diaper cover.

^ may double gusset yung 4.0, also a two-way opening.

^^ sis, 4.0 yun una ko binili kasi it can be adjusted to a smaller size than 3.0 so maybe pwede sa newborn. But based on reviews, mejo malaki pa din sya so I'm gonna buy alva newborn, too. Some are able to use it til 3 months or even 5 months (based on Caucasian reviewers so maybe Pinoys can use them longer?). Mas mura pa din kesa mag disposables.

^ sis, based sa mga reviews, may mga gumagamit kahit 3 or 4 na. I guess basta kasya pa. May brands naman na may XL size.

Hello. We're planning to use cloth diapers din pero baka magstart kami sa 3rd month ni baby onwards, or earlier kung magkaron sya ng makulit na rashes from disposable ones. May tanong sana ako sa mga moms na gumamit ng old school gauze lampins since yun yung balak namin gamitin:

1.) may diaper covers na PUL pero may maliit na lining sila na parang plastic or nylon as gusset. Mag-cause kaya yon ng rash or irritation kay baby?

2.) nakasubok na ba kayo ng nakalampin si baby then ang cover nya is [textspeak!] shell ng pocket diaper (meron na kasi sa min nagbigay ng 4)? Successful ba na no leaks? And nabasa ba yung shell?

Type ko sana yung Grovia Hybrid kaso sobrang mahal, kahit yung Thirsties Duo Wrap namamahalan ako kaya naghahanap ng alternative diaper covers.

I've been trying din to rejoin the FB group about modern cloth nappying. Hope someone can help sa approval ng reqt ko. TIA

1) hindi naman nagko-cause ng irritation or rashes yung lining sa gusset, I guess just make sure you can still insert a finger or two sa leg part to make sure it's not on too tight. We've been cloth diapering since we came home from the hospital and okay naman si baby save for occassional redness kapag masikip masyado yung pagkaclose ng CD niya.

2) Never tried using pocket covers, ai2's at purely diaper covers ginagamit namin over the lampins. (Di kasi PUL yung mga pockets na binigay sa amin so isip namin next time na lang yun gamitin kapag medyo malaki na si baby) Nababasa yung shells namin only kapag super puno ng wiwi yung lampin and we just wipe it, otherwise, it's okay to be used for a couple of times before changing. Nagleak siya once nung pa-side na binuhat si baby at basang basa na pala ang lampin.

In our experience, worth it si Thirsties kahit medyo mahal kasi yun pa lang yung kasya sa newborn..we're alternating that with Earth Baby's diaper covers since both have double gussets to prevent/lessen leaks pero medyo malaki pa ang Earth Baby covers. My baby was born 6.2lbs so baka if bigger babies, okay na yung osfm covers

@jell-00, try mo siguro gumamit ng covers sis.
with covers, pwede mo i-partner sa lampins since yung poop ng newborn ay may meconium pa.
Covers are wipeable lang so pwede 2 pcs ng cover for the day tapos palitan na lang sila.
But with lampin, you have to change every wiwi.

Hi mommies...Gusto ko na gamitin yung naka stock ko na CD to my 2month baby girl. I have charlie banana, ask ko lang how many times kailangan i-wash ang inserts before gamitin?

what i do with mf inserts is not totally wash but binabasa ko everyday then papatuyuin ko sa sampayan. kapag naka 5 times ko na basain and patuyuin saka ko iwash with soap. so far no leaks mga cd ng baby ko.

I do nothing special sa mf inserts naman just regular wash like other clothes. No leaks din naman so far pero 2-3hrs lang ang pagamit ko kay baby

we're very interested na magCD for our next baby because of the benefits. just wondering if anyone has tried using it without a househelp? paano ang routine nyo? still thinking that there's a chance that we can make it work. laundry is already a challenge right now that there's only 3 of us.

^ sis, you do laundry sa clothes niyo? Pwede mo naman isabay yung cloth diapers dun.
We have househelp, pero ako ang naglalaba ng nappies ni baby. Working mom ako.
I usually wash his nappies for about 30mins every mornings before i prepare to go to work.
As in first thing in the morning. Habang masarap pa tulog ni baby.
Around 6-8 nappies yun a day.
Yung househelp na lang nagsisilong.
