Hi Mga Sissies,

I am in a way thankful na I am not alone pala. I am new here.. and my OB requested APAS panel for me, had 3 miscarriages na kasi in 14 months.. 


Just wanted to ask if you have any idea how much sa St.Lukes?

hi sis ji185003, here's the prices for st luke's BGC apas panel test:
KCT - 352php
DRVVT - 3,351php
APTT -852php
ACA (IgG and IgM) - 7,497php

if thru hi-precision it's only 5,500 for the 4 lab test. try calling asian institute of immunology sis, meron sila package for APAS panel test but i forgot to ask.

may difference ba reliability sa correct result kung sa UP PGH at Manila Endocrinogy or sa bloodworks qc ako kukuha ng test? madali sda akin sa bloodworks kasi malapit.  kaso baka di naman reliable ang machines.  okay naman ba machines sa bloodwork or sa manila endocrinology? thanks.

@bpc_dnd hi. already replied to your pm. Sa Asian institute of immunology ako nagpa apas Test and then other tests sa St Luke's BGC naman. not sure dun sa namentioned mo na clinic if ok ang results nila

Ito result ng blood test ng wife ko:

I - 26%, II - 19%, PRA - 0%.  tapos KCT 80 (control of 75), APTT 25 (contril of 25), and DRVVT of 37 (control of 35)

Based sa mga nababasa ko sa mga posts dito sa GT, pangit ang result nung hla 1 and 2 lalo na at zero pra pero bakit kaya sabi ng OB namin eh okay naman daw.  Ano ba tingin nyo mga sis? kukuha sana ako ng opinion ng immunologist eh.  Sino ba kilala nyo na magaling na may sched ng sabado? di pa ba kailangan ng LIT? Isa pa eh lumampas ang kct at drvvt ng wife ko, di ba masama yun? Thanks.

my experience and results with bloodworx were great. i was a patient of dr aleta and had gone through 12 LIT sessions. they also had done home visit when i needed a test but i was on complete bedrest.

I havent tried the other clinics mentioned.

I had the apas panel test done at pgh since bloodworx was not yet existing at the time.

FYI: LIT were around P16k/session including the doctor's fee 2 years ago...

Hi. I am a bit curious about my case. My first born baby is healthy, term via normal delivery. Then had miscarriage on my second it never had a heartbeat. My OB asked me to test for APAS. I took the test and she said I am positive. I am doubtful cause on the APTT I got 25 and control is 25 also. and the 2 other items under anti lupus is like 3 to 4 digits bago ako umabot sa control. I just have this feeling na di ako positive, I don't know why. Im currently pregnant and not taking the aspirins. im already on my 9th week and baby is healthy so far. any suggestions? thank you all!

^sis, better follow your Oby.  APAS is very dangerous sa pregnancy. Aspilet aspirin mura lang naman and 1tablet a day.  Kung need ka mag heparin, yun medyo mahal na.  Pero mas safe na gawin ang advice ni oby.

Graduate na ako sa TTC and pregnancy. I delivered my bunso last may29!!!

Hi sisses, up ko lang tong thread. Tanong ko lang yung mga nakapagpa APAS panel, bakit kayo nirequire ng doctor nyo nito? Anong symptoms nyo aside dun sa mga TTC po. My hematologist requested me to have APAS panel din, sobrang mahal pala nun 45k! Naloka ako, sa dami ng test na nirequest nya, malapit ko na ma-max out yung health card ko.

Super mahal so normally they only do this lang naka 2 or more MC. I too am curious pano malalaman if you have APAS, esp if currently in early pregnancy and you cant test.

Yung mga nawalan due to apas ba during early early weeks as in less than 10 weeks or may chance padin makunan due to apas even later? TiA!

Medyo weird, never naman ako nagkaron ng mc. Pero yung doc ko pinakuha ako nito.

Weird nga sis kasi akin unless maka 2 or 3 MC di ipipilit pagawa. Concerned lang ako after one so i inquired but later decided na if ever nga after 2 nalang kasi my friend umabot 80k.

Though iv also had a previous doc na kung ano ano test pinagawa sakin at 7 weeks (!!) kahit dapat pala 20 to 24 weeks pa yung iba. I changed her, kasi mukhang pera. May cut sya sa labs.

^yung nagpagawa naman sa akin sis hindi OB, hematologist. i actually consulted because i had red spots sa legs and arms, medyo na alarm ako kasi super daming tests, kasama lupus. nakaka praning pala pag ganun. true yung may cut ibang doctors sa labs. lumipat din ako doc and ganun sinabi sa akin. laki ng kita nya ha kasi naka 90k ako sa mga pinagawa nya. God bless him nalang. saan ka nagpa test sis?

^Di ko na nga pinursue muna yung apas tests and TORCH sis kasi i got preggy again pretty easy and siguro kung maka 2x MC nalang saka namin gawin. So far so good naman kasi.

Sorry took me long to reply. Currently 20.5 weeks na with baby. So far, so good.

Pero nakakaparanoid yung APAS FB group, doon kasi meron mga nagkaka problems due to APAS and other RIDs kahit 2nd trimester na. If it happens to me, mafforce ako magpa rush APAS panel para matreat rin. Praying hard na di kailangan I am counting down the weeks, anxious lang ako to make baby grow big enough until he/she can survive on his/her own paglabas!
