Hi Akthung! May changes, mas nafe feel ko na lalo na sa Ajna at temples.. Pero pag di ako balance waley heheh.

Need pa practice lalo nag holidays hay red meat heheh and iba energy parang kabi kabila pull ng energy bro kaya maganda na nagsolo ako ng pasko to ground and be in silence. Iba talaga para akong high, na nakaka drain hay naku hirap pa ko matulog.

i enjoyed the event last saturday. sobrang newbie pa talaga ako re meditation. as in zero knowledge even the basics.

al i know is abstain from red meat tuesdays and fridays
wear white clothing during meditation
and grounding usually sa garden where your feet can touch the soil.

all these info i learned from city hunter. i dont know if it's the same or what. but yan pa lang talaga alam ko

i have video of earth yoga i use it for stretching. sa meditating i am having trouble clearing my mind talaga and focusing.

there are a lot of things i need to know but dont know where to start.

i dont know if this is related or what, but i have read somewhere about the chi, wherein when someone posts some stories (like here in GT), you can feel minsan yung emotion nung nagpopost or sometimes kikilabutan ka.. is that what we call residual chi? and is it related to 3rd eye?
