I tried the Shrimp Siomai soup, my baby liked it. :) Pero mas nagustuhan ko yun Pork Kinamatisan, grabe ang dali gawin. Sabi pa ni hubby, 'masarap ah'.. tee hee!
Bihira magcomment yun sa luto ko unless tanungin ko sya. Dami nyang nakain. Thanks sa mga nag-share.  :)

Rice Cooker Yema Cake

Ingredients:

500g any brand hot cake
1 whole butter
1 whole cheese
1 can condensed milk

follow the usual hot cake procedure

grease rice cooker with butter before pouring the hot cake mix

then rice cook unlit the hotcake mix is done. use toothpick to check if its cooked.when the cake is almost done, in a heat pan put butter condense and half grated cheese and stir continously unlit sticky...

slice the cake in half and pour or put the yema filling and spread. make sure that the filling is well spread right away because it dries fast then spread the rest of the yema filling on top then grate the rest of the cheese on top...
sis is this a big can of condensed milk?

Talagang sobrang benta nung PorK Kinamatisan. Hehe. It was 5 years ago that I  cooked that the first time and hanggang nagyon gustong gusto ko pa rin sya. I just do not cook it that much kasi ang lakas makaconsume ng rice. Hehe.

^^I just estimate eh. Ingredients are pork, tomatoes and patis. Sometimes I add jalapenos for a spicy kick. Choose a good cut ng pork like ribs or maybe liempo and the tomatoes should be madami kasi that is the only thing that will add flavor to your dish and syempre patis for alat.

This is also the way I start my sinigang and it much more flavorful. I boil first my pork with tomatoes before adding water and sinigang mix.
