Currently saving up for:

1. our new house-currently paying for the installment of the downpayment. move-in na next year!
2. more money to pay off the balance of our car's mortgage--we already have the amount pero we decided to pay off the balance pag meron na kaming ipon na pangbackup---mga 2 month's worth of salary..
3. future baby
4. emergency fund

UPDATES:

1. 7 months na kami sa townhouse namin! naka move -in na kami nung February 5, 2016. currently paying for the 15-year mortgage. balak namin matapos in less than 10 years.

2. car's mortgage-- instead of paying off the car's mortgage, we decided to finish paying monthly. 24 months na lang.

3. our baby is 3 months old already.

4. start pa lang ng emergency fund kasi naubos ang savings namin dahil sa paglipat at panganganak. also nagbayad muna kami ng utang namin sa mga mommies namin para di naman nakakahiya if ever makita nila marami kami binibili.
 
Additional goals:

5. another mutual fund account for retirement. the one we have now is dedicated for our baby's education fund.
