What are you currently saving up for? [Thread 2]

I am saving up for a bigger house.  Don't get me wrong, I am thankful for the place that we have now but if we plan to grow our family, we will need a bigger space.  Our laundry area is not enough, parking is not enough, the place is just not enough.  It's really for newly married couples lang.  Need to work work work!

Currently saving up for:

1. our new house-currently paying for the installment of the downpayment. move-in na next year!
2. more money to pay off the balance of our car's mortgage--we already have the amount pero we decided to pay off the balance pag meron na kaming ipon na pangbackup---mga 2 month's worth of salary..
3. future baby
4. emergency fund

on #3. we are having a baby! 7 weeks pa lang. sana walang maging problema.

we're currently building our own house, so kelangan ng madugong pagsi-save for the following:

- furniture and appliances
- landscape ng garden which is quite big  (so malaking gastos din to )

plus:
- baby girl's 1st birthday next year


Update:
Done na lahat sa list..next in line
- education fund of our 2 kids
- additional emergency fund
-travel fund for this year
- hopefully, new car or another residential lot sana for each kid

1. condo. Upon move-in, syempre we need to fill the place with things like appliances, furniture etc.
2. travel. we are planning to have 2-3 domestic travels this year.
3. future baby
4. rainy day fund (should be equivalent to 2-3 months salary)

Kahit 1.5-2 M sana para makalipat sa mas maayos na lugar isinatabi (puede rin totally kalimutan na) ko muna ang pangarap ko maging doktor. Hay. Sana talaga makaipon ako agad.

-educational fund ng  2 kapatid ko. Kawawa naman sila pag di sila nakapag aral at least kung sakaling may mangarap sa kanilang maging doktor, matutupad na dahil may nag ipon na for them...hindi kagaya sakin
