1.Pambayad sa house. Payable in 15yrs yung house pero target kasi namin ni hubby na mabayaran within 5yrs. So far, malapit na kami sa goal na yun. Every anniversary date nagbabayad kami ng malaki para mabago computation at lumiit ang balance and interest.

2.Car sa Pinas. Matagal na akong inaawitan ni hubby dito to the point na nagpunta na kami sa bank para magpa quote pero sobrang topak ko nun kasi I know we are not ready yet. So LQ kami that time. Sinabi ko pag uwi namin ulit sa Pinas saka kami kukuha kasi gusto ko kung installment eh max ng 2yrs namin babayaran so ipon pa.

3. Savings. Gusto ko lang mag ipon ng mag ipon para pagdating ng time na kailanganin may mahuhugot kami. Nothing in particular basta kahit anong emergency na kailanganin namin ng money.

4. For future babies. Before I left Pinas, I opened a time deposit account for our futurr babies. Sinabi ko kay hubby kahit ano mangyari hindi namin gagalawin yon dahil nakalaan na sya para sa magiging anak namin. Sa akin lang nakapangalan para ako lang may rights. Hehe we are not getting any younger kaya gusto ko pagdating ng time na di man kami makapag work na ay may pang gastos padin mga magiging anak namin.

5. Business. Ito ang gusto kong pag ipunan once mag start na ulit ako mag work. Iipon ako from my own money para kumontra man si hubby sa gusto kong inegosyo in the future eh wala sya magagawa hahahah

1.  House and Lot - though we have our own house and lot now, I want to move to a "higher location".  With all the developments going around near our place, I foresee that come 10 years or so, our place will experience flood.
