- Residential real estate (overseas there)

I spent my late teens and early 20s living in the moment. Smartening up in my mid 20s going "OK, the party's over!"

aside from money para sa maternity leave, nagstart ako ng 52 week challenge...ang plan ko dito is to pay half ng para sa pagpapaextension ng bahay next year...

project ko din un first car namin ni hubby, plan to save up for that too

Saving up for our HK trip on March. Dahil dito hindi na ako makakabili ng tickets for Michael Buble concert. Sana pagbalik nya dito makapunta na ako, wah!

Also saving up for our investments -- insurance, condo, stocks.

This is encouraging. For this year, we are saving up for:
- Continue with Retirement Fund
- Continue with Education Fund for Kid #1
- Start Education Fund for Kid #2
- Baby boy's christening (2015) and 1st bday (2016). I'm on my 6th month now.
- New Car for 2016
- Christmas Fund for 2015
- Travel Fund. Baka matagal pa bago makapagtravel ulit. Kapag mag 2yo/3yo na yong second child namin (2017/2018).

Just Booked a trip to Singapore for the Holy Week, so saving up for shopping and dining

for this year, we're only saving up for one thing kasi medyo madugo sya

our first investment property na sa computation ko, we'll need about $30k to secure it (5% deposit, LMI, govt fees, legal fees inclusive)

For 2015 I am saving up for:

-- a real estate investment, the land is okay na but I have to save for the construction of the small bnb I am planning to build in 2016.

-- a certain amount for stocks and other paper investments

-- travel fund for summer 2015 trips (july - sept)
