Moments that you lost control and regret your actions
« on: September 18, 2013, 08:43:56 pm »

after that incident, what do you regret saying or not saying?

anyone share their experience?

and what do you do to keep calm?

after i realize what ive said, i immediately say sorry and then papalipasin muna ng ilang araw to cool down and siya naman ang magsosorry.

sometimes i like it that way, sometimes i dont lalo na pag naiinip ako kakahintay. pero parati naman niya ako sinusuyo kaya ok lang.

when it comes to my family naman, i learned not to "patol" nalang when some one within my family irritates me pero i used to be very affected and i blurt things out of the blue :)

pag sa friends, mas controlled ako. i dont say things out of the blue

Oo. I think almost everyone had these moments no matter how harsh or subtle yung words na nabitawan natin. Kaya pag nagagalit ako, i'll cover my face with a pillow then scream. Basta may outlet dapat then I'll feel better.

With my exes naman, I rarely curse or shout at them unless I was really provoked and sumobra na yung ginawa or sinabi. With my bf now, once pa lang ako may nasabi kasi nainis din ako pero I didn't know that the impact of those words I jokingly said eh grabe pala sa kanya so I made up for it big time. Now, I choose my words more carefully.

Kneeling down and begging a certain person to stay. I should have not gone so low, heck "the things you do for love" really is true. Stupid, but true.

Madalas nakakapagsalita ako ng masasakit or non sense pag galit ako., Pag naiisip ko pinag sisisihan ko mga sinabi ko., kaya now I choose my battles or better yet, di na lang ako papatol talaga., God, be with me.,

Oh my,  medj madami that I regret.  But I remember only a few. Hahaha

But 1 I don't regret was when I was hopping mad, & I told hubby "your  sisters are stup1d, all in capital letters.  I can hardly sit still talking to them through their stupidity. Most boring righteous people I know.  Akala nila they are smart, but everyone knows the most stupid person borderline retarded is your sister B--y."  He was speechless. Coz it is the truth.

Not all said during rages is bad. SOME important things need to be said, but remain repressed.  Alas, courage to say these is oftentimes not there -- so anger is required to get the courage to say what needs to be said.

How to stop yourself in time from going into a rage? Breathe deeply for 2 seconds. Think: "I don't give a sh1t."  That makes you detach, & should calm you. Coz whatever, it's not worth sh1t. Lol
